Excellent room—contemporary design, well equipped and comfortable. Walkable to many popular activities and dining.

No private outdoor space. Parking was not on-site. Downtown Nashville has a fair amount of homeless individuals.

This place is really nice and a great value! You will find modern but comfortable furnishings throughout the apartment. The refrigerator was full sized. The A/C was excellent as it was 95° outside in Nashville. The coffee was good. My friend found the sofa very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. We found the Library Parking Garage to be the most inexpensive for 24 hours, and it was only a block away. The Sonder is within a few blocks of great restaurants, the Ryman Auditorium, and even museums. Very walkable neighborhood and we felt safe.

Not having a staffed lobby is a bit weird, but it ended up being fine. We found someone’s wallet in the lobby and it was awkward to not have a concierge to turn it in to. But we located the owner, and all is well.

I love a place where I don't have to deal with a human being checking me in at the front desk. I checked in via the Sonder App. There was an issue at check in. A quick phone call took care of the matter and we were able to get into our studio apartment. The studio was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Better than most Air BnBs. The only other issue we had was with the keypad at the entrance. It was hard to key the numbers in at times. But overall we were extremely happy with the property. I wish that we had booked the studio for longer but we were just in town for one day. We will definitely use a Sonder property again.

The location was fantastic, the facility was beautiful and super clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. Really cool vibe all around.

The shampoo and conditioner weren’t great and the dispensers were broken. Would have liked an extra towel and washcloth. The parking recommended ended up costing more than twice what was suggested as well, put a strain on the budget.

Location, cleanliness, spacious, quiet building

Everything was great! A few even better ifs: a wall safe for valuables, mirror in second bedroom, include face cloths with towels, small blender in kitchen. The coffee table was very heavy to move in order to use the pullout couch.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was amazing! Just around the corner from the main strip downtown Nashville.

I had a hard time creating an account and I had to be on the phone for almost an hour with a customer service representative so they can send me my Check in instructions

Great location, easy access, was clean and decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable.

There were no wash cloths, only large towels. The comforter for the couch bed had an odor like it needed washed. A Kuerig type coffee pot would have been helpful.

It was central to where we wanted to be, clean & nice. Generous size beds. Had a kitchen & laundry in the room.

If you’re travelling from overseas & have hired a car, parking was a bit harder to work out, needs to be pre booked.

Large, well equipped apartment. Great kitchen, bathrooms and laundry! Was clean and good air con (plus fans in the ceiling)

Air con was quite loud and check in times not flexible. Need more storage lockers

Modern furnishings, plenty of space and comfortable beds, washing machine/dryer super helpful. It was also quiet and close enough to all attractions.

A bit hard to load/unload from street but overall easy access.
