Absolutely perfect position for exploring all of Downtown Nashville and perfect walking distance for Honky Tonk bars. Plenty shops and supermarkets within 10 min walking distance. Apartment was so well equipped that we spent a lot of time in it and got a real taste of American living. Super spacious and top of the range furnishings. Loved every minute of our stay. Check in and entry to building was so easy that everything was so hassle free and added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Apartment for 2 would have benefited from a 2 seater sofa as we spent a lot of time inside as well as out.

The location was walkable or very inexpensive uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was clean and it felt more spacious than it appeared online. Easy access with the code doors - the app didn't work very well for getting in. Probably bad connection - but at least you then have the option to just enter a code at the door.

Toilet paper roll holder in one bathroom was falling off the wall. Easy fix. There's a lot of construction noise starting pretty early in the morning but not much you can do about that. (There's construction going on all over in the area, so friends at other hotels or rentals reported the same thing)

Great location, just a short walk into Downtown Nashville. The apartment was spacious and clean, with high ceilings and large windows. Instructions to get in were easy to understand and comprehensive.

Apartment was a little bare, could use a carpet or something to make the concrete floors less hard to walk on. The apartment has a parking lot but you cannot park there. Has an overall industrial vibe, so if you don't like that esthetic, you might be underwhelmed. Also, the process to confirm your reservation seems a bit invasive, with a requirement to scan your face.

Liked the location and having a full kitchen, good washroom, good shower. I also liked that the toilet tissue etc was available and liked having a clothes washer.

The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off during the night. I would like an easy chair because the kitchen chairs were uncomfortable and I don’t like sitting on the bed

I loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. We took our family to visit our son and it was a nice gathering space for us and having room to play cards etc. and even cook a Thanksgiving meal was all a bonus!

The parking is really the only downfall with this property. The lot across the street seems to be ideal, I downloaded the app of that and it said maximum for 24 hours was $50 so that is what I planned. When we got their I was parked for no more than 24 hours the first night and was charged $86 and that was just the first night from 9 pm to 10 in the morning. We had budgeted $100 so we found a $20 lot a few blocks away but would not have felt comfortable walking to that lot by myself.

This was our first trip to Nashville Tennessee, yes place to stay because its location is ideal. The apartment was well furnished clean and everything worked well. We were very happy with our stay! Next time we are traveling we will for sure look into this option again. Jeff

The only downside of this apartment was, there is lots of new construction going on outside. Each morning at about 4:30 AM cement trucks would line up to pour their cement into the new building, rev their engines, use their reverse gear and start a loud beeping when in reverse. Other than that our state was fine.

Beautiful facility, very clean and upscale. Kitchen in the unit is top notch and will be great for travelers who want to cook or reheat restaurant leftovers. The location is great! Very walkable to the Bridgestone Arena and the Country Music bars on Broadway. Hattie B's and a food court is nearby as well.

No on-site parking which became a problem having to walk back and forth to visit my friend who was staying at a hotel nearby. I didn't realize until after I booked it and received an email that no parking was available at the property.

Spacious apartment. Well cleaned. Comfortable. All ammenities. Good location. Mattress and bedding were very good quality.

The turn your phone into a key feature didn't work. There was construction which we were expecting. However, we were told that work started at 7. It didn't. It started significantly before this. There was noise from around 5am on some days.

We could walk to most places in Nashville or take a public transport bus from near the property. Flat was lovely and conformable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for the luggage, so the apartment can be kept clear of clutter. Wifi worked well. Did not use TV but is available.

neighbourhood is not as nice as it could be, as there are major construction works in the area. they did not disturb us in the apartment, but it will be a lot nicer in the neighbourhood when the works are finished.

The room was close enough to Broadway that we could walk there every day and evening. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The ceiling was pealing in places and could use a new coat of paint. Other than that the place was great.
