We liked the downtown experience. We heard no outside noise from our room. Did not run into many people until the lobby. Good and bad I guess. The pizza joint attached was a life saver. Breakfast was interesting but decent.

The parking was not ideal. They only have valet and I was not prepared for that. Meaning I do not carry cash. I felt bad for not tipping the initial guy. The problem was that we like to explore and paying, tipping, to get our car two or three times a day was just unexpected. Just wish I would have known sooner. Bed was terrible.

clean room, good breakfast

I booked 3 rooms and was charged for 3 parking spaces even though we only used 2 spaces because we were on motorcycles. I asked about the extra charge and was told we had 3 rooms so we had to be charged for 3 parking spaces. Good job to your facility for making an extra 44$ on our stay since you were able to charge someone else for the spot also. We would have moved into the 3rd spot but there was none available in that vicinity.

The breakfast was good considering you ordered it and they gave it to you ina take out box that was because they were working on the breakfast area. Everyone was very courteous and kind and nice check in and out went smoothly no problems room was comfortable had a good time will definitely stay here again conveniently located to downtown

It will be better when they get the breakfast area finished but what we had was very good

My friend and I were there for a conference and the location was within walking distance. The Hotel is older but well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. They communicated well and were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very good.

The building was older and the rooms open from outside the building- like a motel.

First of all the staff was amazing . Angel and David were exceptionally efficient and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. This hotel is very close to everything. We walked everywhere and could walk downtown and back easily a few times a day. So location is a 10, staff is a 10 and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great and the rooms were fine. Would recommend staying here.

Elevator was a bit scary

Love the location, just 1/2 mile from broadway. The price and how accommodating the employees were, is worth it. we were visiting to celebrate our anniversary and they helped make it enjoyable. All employees have great attitudes and are very lovely, from the front desk to the valet employees.

Nothing too unbearable, their upgrading the entire facility. (So be patient with construction areas). Slight hiccup when checking in about the original room that was booked. The room wasn’t ready until the next day, we were placed in a different room. I wasn’t informed before arrival. We had to unpacked for the night and repack to move to the new room. The front desk held our belongings, but I had to call late afternoon to see if the new room was ready. Housekeeping doesn’t come daily, only on third day of your stay. if you need new towels, you’re able to pick up at front desk.

Staff was really friendly, rooms were clean. Bed was a little noisy but comfortable.

The walk back & forth from lower Broadway was a little tougher than I expected it's only about 15 minutes but hotel is a higher elevation so the hill going back is a workout a couple times a day but not horrible. And I always used the stairs because elevator was very small and slow

The staff at this hotel are the best I've ever experienced. They all went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. Don't expect the hotel to be like a more expensive one. It's quiet, clean and safe with excellent service. It has a European hotel feel. I would highly recommend it and will stay here again. The valet is quick and even helped to load and unload my bags. Breakfast is brought to you. It's a great place to stay!

Breakfast was great location was awesome not far at all from downtown and the gulch.

Great hotel but I just wasn’t happy to have to go to the elevator outside to get to my room since I had a walking boot on would of been much nicer from inside hotel esp when having to go for breakfasts but aside was great
