45.00 to park your car in the lot is outrageous. At one of the nicest hotels in Dallas IF you are staying there they only charge you 20.00 a night. 45.00 is highway robbery. And just because you can does not mean you should. Terrible policy. Especially since we never used it the entire visit. So it was parked on Thursday when we got there and retrieved on Monday when we checked out. And you charged me for 2 bottles of water over a 4 night stay. not like I asked for multiple bottles. I am even a Hilton Honors member. Again just because you can does not mean you should. And both my sisters had rooms here too. 2 nights for Gilmer party and 2 night for Lochala party. Does not show very much loyalty to members.

I loved the spacious room. The breakfast options were great, and the fruit water in the lobby was a daily hit. The location, the valet, the restaurant on-site and being able to walk in any direction and find something to do was delightful.

The rooms were hot despite the air being set to the coolest setting possible. I also caught a flat tire in the parking garage. The valet guy was extremely helpful. the manager was rude and dismissive. She came out, knowing fully what had happened and asked how much more time it would take him because he had people waiting. She never addressed me and asked if I had a plan or offered to help in any way.

We were passing through Nashville on our way south. We chose this location due to it’s proximity to Broadway St. It was a great location to walk to the iconic Nashville scene. But it was also close To the river and pedestrian bridge for a nice overlook away from the melay. Clean modern rooms, , efficient staff, nice roomy lobby…all great!

Getting in and out was a bit more complicated than we usually find at suburban hotels. Lack of space in a city’s downtown means paid parking and valet service. Less flexibility and of course the cost.

Very convenient to the fun of Broadway and walking distance to the Ascend Amphitheater which was the purpose of our trip. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a room with a very nice view too.

The only parking available at the property is Valet at the cost of $40. It was not made clear when checking in that the $40 would be applied to our card. We paid cash to the attendant in addition to tipping. The money was collected without any mention of the fee being applied to the card. So the attendant collected a nice tip! HOWEVER... when I called the hotel, the manager reversed the charge and credited it back.

Location was great. I could walk to many of my destinations or take a quick Uber if farther off. Hotel was clean, entire staff I interacted with was pleasant throughout stay. I loved that the fitness center was available 24 hours. Pool area was clean and had plenty of towels on site

Not really within your control perhaps, but more staff in the bar. You had one female bartender up front and I’m guessing one person in the kitchen. Bartender was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor that allowed for patrons to be patient. Also, they ran out of chicken…seriously! You have chicken included in majority of your food items. Pool area was nice, but could use some shade covering for those who do not want so much sun.

The hotel is very nice, spacious, elegant. The staff were great. We had a comfortable room, and great a/c system. The bed/breakfast was a wonderful option, and I'm glad we chose it. You could order what you like in addition to a beautiful buffet selection including fresh fruit and a multitude of items.

I did not know that parking was only offered with Valet, for $40 per day. That was a terrible surprise to start the trip. However, you are there, with no parking plan, and end up eating the cost. I probably could have found a garage nearby or researched options, but with a tight window for travel, just sucked up the cost. The hotel should be much clearer on this Parking charge up front. It left a bad impression overall.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, without fail. They were very gracious in offering waters, explaining the "pantry" and even letting me take breakfast to-go when I was in a hurry to get to the airport. Just wonderful! The room was great with two exceptions -- it's probably time for a new mattress in 521. Left side bed is a bit worn in the side toward the lamp, where I slept. But it was more than adequate. The real issue was that the HVAC unit in the room is really dusty and that stuff is just blowing in every time the unit cycled on and off. I know that COVID and reduced room cleaning schedules have impacted many things. I failed to mention it to the staff, or I am sure that they'd have addressed it -- AND it is NOT a standard room cleaning item. but given the 2 years of altered protocols, it might be worth a "spring cleaning" on units in all rooms. Otherwise, it was spotless everywhere and exceptional. EXCELLENT location.

We were assigned a room on the 10th floor with a decent view of the city. The room was a respectable size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was a generous size. The best shower we had on our trip (we stayed at two other hotels in other cities prior to this hotel). I could have stayed in the shower for an hour! Loved having a Keurig machine in the room, so bring your own K-Cups for the normal brew. They did provide two coffee K-Cups and two tea K-Cups. It was an easy walk to downtown. I liked that the entrance to the hotel was on a side street and not a busy street. We used uber rather than the parking garage. The hotel staff was effecient and personable. The weather did not permit us to use the pool nor did we choose to eat at the hotel for breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

The lids for the coffee cups did not fit. I asked the cleaning crew about this and they said that it is an issue at the hotel. They were able to locate several matching cups and lids for our stay. I so appreciated this. The heating and air conditioning unit was a little challenging to navigate. Not much room or designated space for luggage. A newer hotel that we stayed at earlier in the week had a long credenza that accomodated the luggage to be set up off the floor.

I had requested an ADA room with walk in shower or hand held shower. Our room was not equipped that way. We also requested a bellmen and told that was not available. They finally sent the valet to assist us and that worked out fine, but there is still a need for bell service, especially for elderly people traveling alone. You should consider that group of travelers.
