The breakfast included various choices. The omelet was very tasty. The steel oats were a very generous portion and the fruit plate was excellent. Actually all the portions were generous and nicely presented.

At our first breakfast we ate in the hotel we requested decaf coffee. The waitperson asked if Americano was okay. Not realizing it was espresso it came and was enjoyed. When requesting a second cup she said she would have to charge us and we okayed it. When the bill arrived it was $24 for four coffees. The next breakfast we asked if they had brewed decaf and that waitperson told us they did and we ordered that. The point being the first waitperson should have given us the choice of the two decafs.

The location was amazing! The staff was absolutely exceptional in every way possible. We stayed 5 nights and valet parked our car. They checked our car each day and they found that our car had a flat tire. They not only alerted us that our tire was flat but they called the repair shop on a Sunday and made sure the tire was fixed the same day in time for our trip home. We come to Nashville multiple times a year and this is by far the most beautiful and clean hotel we have ever stayed at and the staff is as good as they come. So accommodating and professional. Hyatt Centric has a lifetime customer in us. Thank you!

My room was fantastic and the breakfast was AMAZING - actually, all of the food at Ella's was AWESOME! And the staff is BARNONE! Sylvia and Emily (at the front desk) and Jennifer and Ray (bartenders at Ella's) were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, and made my stay that much better.

I wish the King Suite bathroom had a full-length mirror and that there was brighter lighting or at least one bright natural light for easier make-up application. However, those asks would be like the icing on the cake, because everything was truly WONDERFUL!

I have visited Nashville numerous times and can say without a doubt that this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It is clean, beautifully decorated and has big, spacious rooms. It is well worth the price. The staff is wonderful and helpful and always willing to answer any of your questions. Ella’s, the restaurant located inside the hotel, has delicious food and a full bar. I highly recommend their espresso martinis! The location is AMAZING! It is centrally located to Downtown Nashville and close to Broadway, where there are a variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a Starbucks a few feet from the hotel.

The location is really great. We had everything in walking distance and 3rd Ave was ok to walk home at night. Rooms were quiet. Valet parking guys were very friendly.

booking.com did not tell us anything about the costs for parking. The description was a little bit misleading. One of the main reasons was parking on site and it really sounded like it was included. I wanted to have fun and ignored my frustration. Light in bathroom was not bright enough. Nice to have a dimmed option, but I need light in the bathroom.

The room was very nice...The staff was very helpful and always had a smile. We left an outfit in our vehicle and the girl working the desk got with valet to go get it out of our van and then brought it to our room. That was very impressive. We asked questions about food and where to go, and they gave us some good ideas.

I wasn't aware of the $50.00 a day valet charge. Didn't realize I couldn't park my own vehicle, so an extra $250.00 to pay for Valet was surprising. We stayed for 5 days and 1 of the days we didn't get any new washcloths. Didn't find this out until the next morning while taking showers.

During check out trying to get our bags downstairs was difficult. The man with carts was letting people keep the carts waiting for their cars. not very efficient. The front desk young lady brought us a cart and we loaded it ourselves and brought to the car. The employee who was supposed to help just stood and watched me unload the cart and asked for the cart back when I was through. Never offered to help. But Carter and the front desk young lady did!!!!

The property was in walking distance to Broadway the main street in Nashville. There was also a very popular restaurant next door called the Pancake Pantry which we ate at every morning. we could walk to alot of the major tourist attractions. We had a nice view of the city. the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom sink didn’t have much room to put our bathroom stuff. we were there for a week. One big thing was that when I got to the airport in Nashville I noticed the hotel charged us for the water bottles in the room which was $5. There were two of them. so be where and review your receipt. You have to be careful at night cause there are homeless people on 3rd Ave around the corner from the hotel.

The valet and bell hop services were excellent and tbe room was fabulous with a lovely clean bathroom. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were also excellent, as were the staff. The hotel's location was also excellent - near enough to walk to the bars on Broadway, but far enough away for the music not to disturb us.

Unfortunately, there were a number of idiots in "souped up" cars who delighted in racing around the streets near the hotel until 1am at least, so sleep was impossible until after that time. The Police don't seem to do anything about the nuisance noise.

The Hyatt Centric is a new hotel with a vibrant and nice atmosphere. I loved the amenities and it is a perfect spot if you are looking for places closest to the Broadway and the nightlife. Also the staff was great and very attentive to the details. I had a good time with their assistance during my stay.

The elevator engines made an unpleasant noisy. If you want a good night sleep, try to stay away from the 20th floor or rooms closest to the elevators.
