This is a gem of a property in Nashville, staff are all very helpful and go out their way (Jeff) who works in the restaurant area was excellent. Few things to note about why you should stay here, it’s about 7 min walk to Broadway so location is perfect, just far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk home late at night. The hotel has so much to offer, fairly equipped gym, large heated pool with an indoor and outdoor section, massive outdoor hot tub which was pretty busy from 6pm onwards. The hotel also includes Breakfast, free drinks happy hour from 530-7pm as well as food on offer during happy hour. Room was large and had everything you could need, comfortable bed, decent shower and cable tv. I would 100% return and stay here again, you won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely love Nashville! We came to Nashville with friends for a much needed get away. The room was impeccably clean and I am particular — I check everything! I am a hotel snob and typically stay at a specific pricier hotel chain. But the outstanding reviews reeled me in. So glad we booked with Drury!! The daily housekeeper was amazing and thorough. I love that they do not have heavy gross bedspreads and all the linens were fresh and crisp. The staff was very friendly, the bar service was fantastic— Tori was a doll! Loved the free breakfast and dinner option along with 3 free cocktails daily during cocktail hour. Saved us so much money. The pool was very nice and so was the hot tub. Like that we saw staff cleaning it every morning. The evening pop corn was enjoyed daily by one of our friends. Hotel always looked polished.

The only small thing I can offer for improvement is that after the dinner crowd, the staff needs to clean the deck area by the cafe. Wipe the tables and take up all the dirty dishes and tidy up. We went to enjoy sitting out on the deck and it was like a dinner explosion had gone off. The inside cafe was cleaned, but not the deck. We moved dirty dishes and tidied up a space so we could relax. It is a minor detail, but just needs buttoned up. City wise… We wish the city would work more on the sewage smell that hits about every 10 feet. The homeless and meth heads especially around Kid Rocks bar need to be addressed big time.

The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing! There was live bands every night which was a bonus as I wasn’t expecting that! Location is super close to everything my wife and I walked everywhere we wanted to go! We will be back!

When I initially booked this hotel, I thought it was a bit pricey; although it was comparable to other area hotels. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Often times, when breakfast is included, it's terrible. This breakfast was fresh, had a lot of selections and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We had a very early morning flight and arrived at the hotel around 8am. While the staff did the best they could to provide an early check-in, the room wasn't available and so they provided access to breakfast and happily stored our luggage while we went to explore the city. We arrived back at the hotel at 2:30 pm and the room was available so the staff immediately checked us in. The room was extremely clean (which says a lot considering I am a bit of a neat freak) and surprisingly, the beds were comfortable. Everything was within walking distance so while you may pay a bit more to stay here, breakfast, afternoon snack (popcorn) and an early evening buffet, with 3 complimentary alcoholic beverages were provided. In my opinion, this saved far more than staying at an AirBNB and having to Uber everywhere, not to mention going out for all of your meals. I will be returning to Nashville for a friend's wedding and I will absolutely stay at the Drury again!

Free Breakfast, Free Dinner, and Free Alcohol! What more could you ask for?

This was a fantastic location - just a 10 minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame and 15 minutes to Broadway! The staff were very friendly, gave good recommendations and were helpful including allowing us extra time in the morning to check out when my husband was unwell. The room included a very good breakfast spread in the morning and even included drinks and a food buffet in the evening - This was a lovely touch (and very helpful for this vegetarian!)

Check in at reception was very busy and there was a lot of information given at check in making it a longer experience than previous hotels.

The price and location were great compared to a much higher priced property we have stayed in right next door, and they throw in free drinks at happy hour, plus free food and free hot breakfast. What an unexpected deal! Some reviewers have complained about having to pay for parking but I have come to expect this in hotels in big cities. Although I think parking should be included, I preferred the self park in their private garage. No extra tipping for valet and the parking garage was convenient with easy in/out access.

Wonderful experience overall. Kina at the front desk was a pleasure to work with during check in, and we were even able to get into our room a couple of hours earlier. Free water and coffee downstairs by the front desk was a huge plus and definitely took advantage! We also spent some time by the pool and in the hot tub on the 8th floor, good place to relax in the middle of or at the end of a long day out and about. Breakfast was worth it, they had everything you could think of including tasty coffee. There was plenty of seating but if you got there towards the end of the breakfast hour it might be hard to find a free table. The 5:30 pm kickbacks with free beverages and food was also a nice surprise! Room was comfortable, and the cooling/heating worked quickly and on demand. We had plenty of space for all of our things and then some. The view was phenomenal from the 21st floor! Personally I recommend paying a little more for the higher floors. The room was also surprisingly insulated from outside noise and we couldn’t hear any other neighbors around us which was also a plus. Bathroom could have used better soap / body wash though. It was also a great walking distance from the Nissan Stadium if you’re seeing an event there. Though account for about 45 minutes to get home by walking on the way out of the event.

Close to downtown, complimentary breakfast and dinner (which was a nice surprise)free drinks during certain times(not just alcohol),pool and staff. I really felt like we were really taken care of. We got to check in early and check out late. (Flight didn't leave until 9pm) they held on to our bags until we needed to leave for the airport. 5 stars isn't enough for this place. Whoever is running this hotel deserves an award. I will definitely look for that name while booking other hotel stays in the future. Thank you!
