Overall, it was a great place to stay. Reviews mentioned the noise factor, and that is true. If the walls weren't so thin, I would have rated the facilities higher. If you have quiet neighbors, its not bad, but you will hear cleaning staff every morning. The room was small, but clean and had what we needed. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and responses were quick by text.

While the location is great, it is at the top of a steep hill. My friend has asthma and mobility issues, which made it difficult for her. I was ok with it....but don't have those issues. That should be noted to make booking easier. And, as I said before...not the best for noise. Great for young partiers, as it had a bar and courtyard on premises. The cafe was nice....but breakfast not included in your price.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the location is great - 10-min walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants nearby. Good wifi. The keypad system for entering and exiting was easy to use. And the Dawn Cafe was cute and has a fancy water machine!

My sheets had small stains on them of what looked like grease, and even after they were changed, the new sheets had different stains of what looked like makeup. They had clearly been washed and were clean, but I've never had this issue at any other hotel. The staff was friendly and apologetic but it was just off-putting.

The property was incredible. We got to the hotel at 10AM to drop off our luggage while we waited for the check in time (4pm) and they told us our room was ready and we could go in right then and there. It was the hottest, most humid day and it made the biggest difference being able to just rest in our room with the AC after our flight. The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfy, and the staff was super friendly. We got to experience the cool drinks and atmosphere of Sidebar in the evening and the yummy coffee at Dawn Cafe. Will be staying here every time we go to Nashville

Loved having a living room and kitchen area for our group. Beds were comfortable and good walking distance from Broadway. Liked keypad lock so we didn’t have to worry about losing key card. Didn’t get to experience the bar while we visited but it did seem a nice place to start or end your evening. It was closed by the time we got back to our room. We loved the common areas and courtyard.

Could be a little loud with the sirens at night. Windows are not soundproof well but still able to get good night sleep. I think a couple of hot tubs would be fantastic addition to property.

Cute outside area. Rooms were clean. Interior decor was very nice. Location was good.

Parking - we have a wheelchair accessible van for our 10 yr old son. There was only one spot and another car (Camaro) took the spot. Definitely would have made things difficult in an emergency. But the security guard was helpful and put a cone in the spot when the other car left so we could use it. Also paying $25 per day after the price of the room was a little much.

This was a great place to stay with family, walking distance to downtown. We got a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms , full kitchen and balcony. The apt was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable and 3 king beds help a lot. They have fireplace next to the bar which was great and coffee house in the lobby. Hotel Parking is paid at $45 per 24 hours with as many ins and outs but they do take 50% off and we got it for $19 which is more than 50% :)

The location was perfect- close to everything but far enough from Broadway to be able to get away from the commotion. The beds were super comfie. The space was fantastic. The coffee shop and bar were so convenient to have there, as well as cozy fire pits and corn hole games to enjoy!

The pricing at the coffee shop was a bit of a shock! Most of the staff were great, but there was one girl who seemed annoyed and unwelcoming at the coffee shop the afternoon we were to leave.

Can't say enough good things about the Bode. The staff were fantastic and helpful from the minute we booked back in April. The answered all our questions regarding our accommodations. The rooms were awesome. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Replenishing of coffee, filters, garbage bags towels was easy and done timely. The beda and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Staff at the Sidebar were great. The entire stay here was beyond expectations. We will definitely stay again at yhe Bode when we go back to Nashville. Highly recommend.

We loved the property's location as we could walk downtown. The property had beautiful outdoor amenities like sitting areas, cornhole, porch swings and balcony seating. We rented a suite which had a foosball table (so much fun) and guitar on the wall. We played and sang songs all night.

My husband's only complaint was there were no TVs in the bedrooms of the suite. So after hanging out in the living room with friends we couldn't continue watching the program we had started.

The location was great. only a ten minute walk to Broadway. Parking was easy. Rooms were comfortable.

Not a fan of the information by text and not having a front desk. Sometimes you just want to speak to someone in person. Parking could be better. You're not really guaranteed a spot if you leave once you have paid. I expect that at a parking garage but then you don't usually spend a night at a parking garage.
