I liked the location of the Hotel, it was in good Walking distance to Bars and other attractions. The Staff were very nice, Rooms were very clean and Bed was comfy. There is a Sports Bar at this Location and it is Very nice with Good music and drinks..

I did Not like being charged for Parking, There is self-parking in front of the Hotel but the Rates are suppose to be 4$ per hr. But the machine was giving different Rates each Day. For one full day I paid 43.00 just to park and another day I paid 28.00. Holiday Inn wouldn't not validate the parking ticket, even though I was staying at the Hotel. I parked in the parking deck just to Unload my things to my Room and the time was 1hr.09 minutes and I was charged 23.00 dollars. VALET was 56.00 p/night. Overall everything was Nice except I should've Been warned about parking Downtown and the Fees.

The early check-in was amazing. The lobby, store, and attached bar was lively and a huge plus. The executive room was spacious and very well maintained, and the staff was for the most part, very friendly and enthusiastic.

One negative comment a staff member made out loud, late at night about another guest walking by. Also, a group of teens went in to the bodega store and shop lifted and the cashier was very nice and asked them to put everything back, but it was Ak-ward! And, location wise, it was a bit further than it seemed on the map to Broadway.

Absolutely loved the bodega- super convenient for breakfast each day. Could eat healthy at whatever time we wanted. We also enjoyed the free muffin each day. The shuffle board table was a fun, unexpected addition. We had a large suite. Plenty of space.

Wish they had a hot tub with the pool. Wish the pool was bigger. Had pool envy looking over at the adjacent hotel pool.

Did not like that we had to pay 49 doller a day for parking and we stayed at the hotel,also the pool was so small that the kids could not even go swimming due to all the adults were there ,we put are sign on door do not disturb and they still came in the room other then that it was ok

The location was fabulous. We walked to Broadway every evening to enjoy the night life and there were good restaurants within walking distance as well. It was far enough from Broadway that it was nice and quiet for sleeping but close enough to walk. We also really appreciated the customer service provided by the manager when there was a mix up and our room was given up. She ensured we got another room with a king bed, in a room with accommodations for hearing impaired (even though we didn't need the accommodations at least we got our king bed). She cautioned us that booking with 3rd parties can lead to getting bumped, but she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy!

Clean nice room, super friendly staff, breakfast sandwiches were very tasty. Downtown location was perfect and never had any issues with the safety of my vehicle.

Different sandwiches were made incorrectly 3 days in a row. Possibly distracted worker? Getting harrased by the local homeless to support their lack of ambition was a daily occurrence.

Close to venue. Easy access. Clean. Easy checkin process

I thought the price was way to high for one night. Also, hated that I had to pay for public parking which left me feeling like my car was unsafe. But the hotel only has valet parking and $40 for one night/day is a ridiculous price just to park my car. At $565 for one night, parking should be included.

Clean rooms

Hidden fees....was not told online thru booking site about parking fees..we had rented a room for 3 nights for 660 but when we arrived after registration we were told about the daily fees for parking and then because we had 2 cars for our one room it was double the amount so we paid an additional 300 for parking and 2nd night stay checked bank account and seen $637 pending for parking not happy about having to pay for parking should be included in the room price or stated in advance

valet was super helpful and front desk allowed us to check in early. however… the guy who checked us in didn’t even tell us anything about the hotel. he just handed us the keys and sent us on our way. he didnt seem interested in telling us about the facilities or the area. we had no idea when check out was, how to get wifi, dining options , etc. it was very unprofessional. we were unsure where to park but the valet guy helped us. he even offered to help is unpack our car. our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

The beds were very comfortable. The person who checked us in was very nice. Close to downtown, however it's a good walk if you're disabled. Overall a nice place.

Was led to believe it was on 4th and Broadway when it's actually about 4-5 blocks. We had 2 people in our group that have disabilities and wasn't able to make the walk to Broadway.
