Rooms were nice. Liked that there was live music in lobby.

We paid for valet and one evening when we returned there wasn't a valet to be found. We waited nearly an hour for someone to return. Meanwhile the valet parking area at the front of the hotel was full with other people searching for valet as well and we had to either block the road or keep circling the block which took over 30 minutes to do because of the backed up traffic mainly in front of this hotel. A police officer arrived and spoke with Moxy guard about traffic situation. He just continued to stand at door. If I pay for valet I don't feel I should have to wait an hour for someone to come to my car and park it.

I was charged by Moxy on my credit card and I’m still waiting for it to be refunded. I have talked to booking.com because Moxy said they did not fund the card in a proper amount of time. So know I’ve been charged twice.

I used affirm and booked through booking.com. I have done this before with no problem. This time Moxy also charged me on my card because they said booking.com didn’t fund the payment in a proper amount of time. I’m being charged by Moxy and I have the confirmation number and pin from booking. com so I’m trying to get my money back on my card.

The absolute BEST location! Being directly off Broadway eliminated the additional expense for transportation and allowed convenient stop-in's throughout the day and night. Staff were great! Interior rooms completely blocked any outside noise to live and sleep on your own schedule #219 The rooms are very cute and larger than expected.

The rooftop restaurant had great service and excellent food, but I thought some items were overpriced compared to the surrounding options. $17 for a simple Bloody Mary? Most drinks/shots on Broadway averaged around $10.

Location, location! Roof top bar. Valet parking (pricy, but worth it). Free drink disk and untertainment in lobby. Steps to Broadway action. Clean room. Comfy bed. Free wifi. Storage lockers on main floor for after checkout or before. Spacious lobby. Upgraded shower with barn door and frosted window to inside room.

Tiny room, no closet but lots of hooks. Third floor room overlooked lower rooftop with ac units, but could see walking bridge and nearby rooftop bar.

location is the best for venturing downtown! our room was clean, bed was comfortable, I requested extra pillows at booking and was pleased to find them in our room when we checked in. We really loved the communal space that the lobby offers as well as the bar and live music. we also had an excellent meal and service at the rooftop restaurant. the fact that you have to use your key card to access your floor on the elevator (for safety reasons)was an added bonus.

I found it was hard to hear when checking in because the check in is at the bar where there’s live music and a lot of commotion going on. there was also an overwhelming smell of marijuana when we entered the lobby that could be smelled throughout the property. the soap/shampoo containers in our shower were less than half full and the dispensers didn’t work (also didn’t like using the same shampoo/body wash as previous guests-felt unsanitary) it was impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere. our handicap accessible shower had a curtain but no liner so water gets everywhere in the floor

The hotel is in a great location just off Broadway and close to all of the bars and attractions. We loved the industrial vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant but we didn't have a chance to eat there. We stayed at the Moxy to attend a concert at the Ryman Auditorium which was a few blocks away and very convenient.

We went across the street to get some breakfast on our check out day. Check out time is 11:00 and we intended to be back in time to gather our things and be out of the room by then but breakfast took a little longer than expected. We arrived at our room at 11:05 and the key card would not work. I had to go back down to the lobby and get a new key card in order to open the door and grab our luggage. A short grace period before our key was cancelled would have been appreciated.

The Moxy is a great location, right in the heart of downtown and walking a few steps you’re on broadway. Considering how close you are to the loud music of broadway, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a cool vibe about it with a nice bar area and performers on throughout the day, with plenty of space to chill and relax in the guest areas. The staff were friendly and we got some great tips from the barman on local hot spots, places where locals go. There is a rooftop bar but we didn’t get change to use that. Free WiFi is available and we got two free drinks tokens when checking in, perfect after a long flight. The room was adequate, loved the rustic decor and a comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and a window overlooking downtown.

Whilst the room was adequate, it was small and as we traveled in from the UK for a two week road trip we had two large suitcases, so it was a bit of a squeeze. The bathroom door also didn’t close so we had to jam it shut when using it, which was annoying. Plenty of hot water and a big shower, but hot was cold, and cold was hot so that took some getting used too. These are little things but for a new hotel I wasn’t expecting this, it just made it look and feel a little dated and in need of a handyman to tidy it up. These wouldn’t put me off staying again or recommending the hotel though.

I loved how close it is to everything, the decor was cute, and lobby is very welcoming! I lived the live music and the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap! It was nice to just grab our bags and not worry about parking.

I didn't like how pricey it was, and I wish the free drink token was a drink of your choice. The bed was a little firm for me

The location was perfect. We loved the decor and feel of the hotel. The rainfall shower head had good pressure. All of the staff we talked with were super friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There wasn't anyplace to put clothes, like a small dresser. Also, would be nice to have hangers.

Room was very quiet even though our room was overlooking a loud music venue. Decor was nice, room was clean. Security measures in place to ensure the safety of guests. Check in was fast.

The sliding bathroom door would not stay closed. Having no shower door allowed water to splash out onto the bathroom floor. Perhaps a small curtain would help.
