Staying at 21c Nashville was absolutely amazing! From the art to architecture everything is beautifully designed and well incorporated within the building. The room was incredibly CLEAN and stocked with everything you need! The bed and pillows were so comfortable I practically passed out every night. The location is fantastic! You’re so close to everything, yet just far enough away from all the noise of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, always ready to help or answer any questions about Nashville you may have. I will definitely be staying with 21c Museum Hotels again!! :)

Loved everything

The hotel was very clean. I like the idea of guests having to use their key card to go up on the elevator. That made me feel safe. I like how the hotel has a museum of a variety of artwork that anyone can come see and it’s free! The staff is very friendly! The room is more than what I expected. Very spacious. The king suite has a hallway with big windows that allowed for a bunch of natural lighting. The bathroom is AMAZING! If I could, I’d take the bathroom with me.

The parking…the hotel only offers valet for $55. I didn’t use that option as I felt that’s a bit much. I ended up self parking for $40 and had to walk to and from the hotel. Which was only a 5 min walk. I feel the hotel should consider other parking arrangements for guest or offer free valet parking. We’re already paying a decent amount to reside at the establishment.

The property was very upscale. it looked stunning and definitely fit the name “museum.” The location was convenient: a short walk to everything we needed, but not on the path of endless party-goers. This was a perfect fit for us, who wanted a weekend away, but we were not interested in the party scene. I also enjoyed having an art exhibit right in the hotel! It gave us something to do without leaving.

The furniture in the room needs some attention, specifically the bed. There was a panel meant to hide wires that was propped against the wall, but no longer attached. There was also a decorative metal strip across the headboard that was not attached and stuck out.

We went to nashville for my sisters 50th and this was the perfect spot for a girls night out.. The lady at the front desk, Jo, was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the hotel. She did an excellent job helping me get the vouchers for breakfast....their was a misunderstanding. The breakfast at the hotel was soo good. From the valet to the doorman to housekeeping. Everyone seemed happy to be there.. I would absolutely stay again. The museum was a cool experience.. So many bars nearby. Just a few blocks from Broadway.

The crazy price my aunt payed for her old fashioned in the hotel bar. Yikes!!! And the hallways were a little to dark.

We liked the property/facility, location, the art, the bar/restaurant. The lack of a concierge hurts a bit and the front desk staff mainly does NOT make up for this position. While we found some to be very helpful and concerned, there were a few who couldn't be bothered. We found the restaurant to be similar. The food and drinks were very good we thought but a couple of staff made it out like we were fortunate to be waited on. (Really?!) Also, we come from a VERY high cost city and we rarely go anywhere on vacation for under 10K but the TN tax on food and alcohol is borderline criminal. We paid at least $30 for a vodka soda and a glass of wine each night. The Four Seasons in Hawaii is cheaper and they serve you the drink while you lay in a lounge chair on the beach. Overall our experience was wonderful; most of the staff could not have been nicer; the food was excellent; the nightlife was super fun; the place was super clean and we really liked the cable program that showed how they built it and the owner going to Miami to buy all the art.....very cool, a unique experience, two thumbs up!

The staff was very accomodating. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient to many venues.

We were not happy that our car was broken into in the valet garage. The back window was smashed the morning of our depature, and we had to drive 900 miles with crash wrap on the window that wasn't placed properly. The parking garage manager was the only bright spot about the entire incident. The garage really needs to have cameras installed at the very least, and a night watchman in the garage would help prevent this type of thing from happening again!!!

wonderful property close to the action but far from the noise and chaos of honky tonk row. Room was large and comfy with a modern design.

The hotel did not communicate that you could not enter the front of the hotel because of road construction. Our Uber driver drove in circles until we phoned and they gave us an alternate address. Even then there was no identifying signage. Use Black Rabbit restaurant as an address. The happy hour is a joke. Wine for $12 a glass, maybe a dollar off. Why bother?

The hotel was nice, room clean. Loved the shower. DeCarlo in accounting was wonderful. It took a week to get to the correct department, and he called me on a Sunday to help fix my overcharged card!! He was so helpful!!!

The road work around the building was terrible. There was a homeless man cussing and screaming outside the building. He tore up the hotel flowers and broke bottles. That was unsettling. I was also overcharged on my card due to the merge of Hilton

The hotel bar and restaurant were great! I wish I remembered the bartender and hostess' names, they were great! Hearty omelette and fresh fruit bowl, with freshly squeezed orange juice to start the day. Good stuff.

The only real complaint, which was minor, was that there wasn't any shampoo in those dispensers in the shower. If they aren't used anymore, take'em out and use little bottles.

Location was excellent. Close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough away to not have to deal with nonsense. B-cycle station a block away made traveling around the city a breeze (buy the 3-day pass for $25). Ample parking options available. Bellhops were always friendly. Artwork was engaging and interesting.

As noted in a lot of reviews, many of the rooms face inward and have pretty small windows, so the rooms and hallways can be pretty dark. Something to note if that bothers you.
