The location was perfect for a bachelorette party. The back rooms were quiet and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of room. We had an issue with Unit 5 which the management company responded to very quickly and as they could not resolve it, they offered a viable solution. I would recommend this for young people!

Unit 5 needs new carpet or flooring on the steps - very stained. The futon and one of the chairs in unit 7 was broken. The sleeping areas facing the front of the units were very loud - just remember to bring earplugs or a white noise machine OR stay out until the bars close!

The location was fantastic! We were right around the corner from Broadway where all of the famous bars are located. The esthetic of the apartment was really cool and had enough space to sleep 7 of us. The location of this apartment is well worth the price. I would recommend this place to younger, bar-going, party types, as there were multiple bachelor and bachelorette parties staying at this location. I imagine that it's probably not the best location for folks on family vacations with kids or looking for a quiet and isolated stay.

There was no information given about what to do with trash bag disposal and when I texted the management company via the number that they emailed to me the before our stay, they didn't respond. I had to ask the neighbors where to dispose of our trash bags, which ended up being one small trashcan in the alley behind the building. This location also offers a free parking spot in a parking garage down the street as long as you keep the car there for your entire stay. My car never left the garage and the barcode that I was given to let me of the garage free of charge didn't work so I was charged $120 for parking, which was really frustrating.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Broadway near restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very easy to check in and check out. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Noisy when guests from other units came back loud in the middle of the night, although kind of expected when staying in the heart of downtown.

we loved the style and location of the property! the place had great personality and was perfect for our girls weekend!

I liked the location the most.

The property just had some staining on the couches and mold within the shower knobs which I know is normal, but for the nightly prices I hope those issues can be fixed. The bathroom door was very difficult to shut and we had many issues getting inside our specific loft door as the knob was broken.

Great for groups. We rented two units. Excellent location. Nice big central area for hanging out and eating. We will certainly stay here again when we return!

Location was amazing, spacious, super friendly and attentive staff, comfortable beds and pillows, all the basics were well stocked.
