This is an older renovated building which has been turned into modern apartments. Ours was a large studio with white painted brick walls and high wooden ceilings. It was stylish and had a well equipped kitchen with ample counter seating. It had a king size bed and a marble bathroom and shower. I would stay there again.

The entire check in process is done electronically. One must download the app and follow the procedures to gain access. One needs to use the app to open every door from the outside, for the elevator and finally for the room itself. We didn't venture to the roof, but it also needs the app. It was okay, but there aren't any staff on the premises. However, Sam did answer the phone to answer my questions and was very helpful.

Loved the location, we were upgraded to the double King suite on the River which was perfect and having an elevator was a must, brought my Mom and daughter to Nashville while visiting Sparta/Cookeville area where my Mom was born. Flew into Nashville, rented vehicle and drove to that area and then Gatlinburg and last two night at Studio 154. I immediately called my best friend who is planning a work friends girls trip in September and showed my husband the photos, I am sure we will be back. My Mom loved the mattresses has me researching them.

This little hotel was a gem. The location was ideal, beds were super comfortable, it was clean, it had a full kitchenette, and the views from the sky deck we're beautiful. We were a little worried about how the digital access and no front lobby staff would work but it was actually really easy and they were very responsive to our texts and super helpful. They even had our room ready early so we didn't have to worry about using a luggage service.

I didn't love that there were no windows but given that we were so close to lower Broadway, it worked well for insulating against the noise.

Location to Broadway music was on point. A quick walk to restaurants ,music, shopping...your right there in the middle of it all. Very comfy bed. Nice kitchen bar area if you need that sort of thing. We had issue with using app to unlock elevators but our host texted us a code quickly to get in within a minute . Hotel room had good decor. Nice towels ect. Did not hear outside band noise.

The Brivo App to gain access to hotel and room worked half the time. Just a code to use pin pad would be simpler . There is no physical host on site . Booking sites should mention this. I couldnt imagine my elderly parents going about this process without a person to talk to for help.I prefer to have a window for safety reasons in case of fire and natural light in morning helps get me up.

The location was the best. Right by everything and had an amazing view of the river and stadium from the sky deck. The beds were easy to fall a sleep in, nice kitchen and comfortable places to sit. Showers were clean and huge. This place sets the standard for what a luxury hotel is. The Brivo key pass was also nice. Didn't have to worry about having a hotel key card. Kudos to the folks that manage this hotel

The location is a little shady in appearance but don't let that fool you. It's very nice upstairs and we never had any issues outside either. It is very conveniently located near almost anything you want to do downtown, Honky-tonk Row, the Ryman, the Bridgestone arena, and the Nissan Stadium. It feels very modern and ritzy. It's very secure so you feel very safe upstairs. To rooftop is very nice and has a great view. We had an excellent time and were taken care of very well.

Our suite, the Posh Suite, didn't have any windows. I checked and didn't see any warnings of that. It's not the biggest deal but it was kind of claustrophobic and would be nice to know ahead of time in case that's an issue for someone. I'm not sure if other rooms are like this or only this one. Also, at times you can hear all the street noise (might be from Coyote Ugly downstairs but not certain). It's really not that bad either but again, just feel others should know.

No meal was included, but there were restaurants within walking distance. Parking garage was just across the street. It was in a very safe area and all the great bars and music were a few blocks away. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Nashville.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, it was just a learning curve using an App and keyless entry. After a phone call and getting a young guy to assist, it was a breeze.

get a river view room! the original brick massive balcony overlooking the river was awesome. The room was large, well appointed, very complete kitchenette, comfortable beds, blackout curtains. Sky deck was superb place to relax but you've got your own private balcony with the same view!! In the very center of classic downtown, public parking lot right across the street, bars, restaurants, live music abound within blocks.

studios are tucked a few floors above Coyote Ugly. Great location and with in walking distance to the most popular bars. although the studios are located in the middle of a very busy area there was no noise from below. great beds wonderful shower and nice kitchenette area. has everything that you need ie. dishwasher,microwave a few glasses and utensils along with a nicely stocked bar and refrigerator.

Ceilings are high and have that open framing that I like but does not absorb sound well. voices of neighbors can be heard. (-;

The location. You could walk to the main strip. The rooftop deck was amazing at night. Clean, modern looking room with just about anything you would need. I would rent again.

Parking. Not included. There's several lots and a parking deck close by but you have to carry your luggage for at least a block. Where we parked it was $50 a day so plan on that expense. You don't get a key. You have to download an app to get information and access to your room. A little awkward at first but I eventually liked that one.
