The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when I had to stay 3 extra nights. You get a lot for the price of the hotel. Loved the balcony connected to the room and hotel location. You even have access to the Community Center across the street for $8.00. My son loved this because he was able to play basketball and use the weight room. Kroger is in walking distance which was a plus.

The room had an odor. I wish breakfast had more of a variety, but it was decent.

Location was ideal! Not on the main -one block away and quieter. No street loud noises. Breakfast room was nice. The waffles were fun to make- half of the iron was normal pattern for adult and half iron for children with teddy bear imprint. Cereal, bakery items, egg Pattie’s were good. I didn’t have the fruit salad because it was jarred/canned. I would have liked the option to add a banana (fresh fruit) to my cereal. You must know you were hotel #3 on our trip- all different levels of accommodations and your hotel- pool/ breakfast inclusions- was our favorite! Our favorite for location, cost(!), and extras (b’fast/pool/laundry). Thank you!

You asked- so I’ll share. I would have enjoyed fresh fruit for my breakfast. The preservatives in the jarred fruit salad affect me negatively. My BFF said the room smelled like a pool. I smelled it like it was-clean! Bleach. Oh and she loved the “wood” floor at the entrance! Oh yes! We totally appreciated the refrigerator in the room! The other two places we stayed didn’t even have one! We could request one but they weee all rented out. And their ice machines were empty- on three of the floors I checked. If I’m ever back in Pigeon Forge I’ll stay again with you!

Location is perfect. Great, spacious, room (renovated) with many amenities. Nice with a balcony. Breakfast was more than expected!.. Housekeeping staff very polite when meeting them, with a smile and a "hello" Nice pool(s)

Front desk staff !!! They simply could not be bothered. No one was there when we checked in (check your schedule for 6/3 around 5pm or so. Waited about 6 or 7 minutes until until a young girl showed up. Personality of a door!, Greated is me with "yes ma'am?". Not not a single smile, no "welcome to Park Grove"..... Second front desk lady (older with glasses - check for our c/o time on 6/5 around 10), was just as unfriendly. No brand name attire just makes them look unprofessional. The "look" behind the front desk is very messy... Would have liked a partition between us and the neighbor on the balcony. AC not adjustable, from what I could find (tried on the unit but did not work): stays on 68 which (for me) is too cold to "hang around the room", but not cold enough to sleep in

The room was roomy and clean!

The pool was small and crowded. While breakfast was appreciated, it was quite generic. Eggs were fake, pastries were boxed pastries and nothing special. Biscuits were nasty and gravy was out of a bag.

Easy checkin, smiling staff. Clean rooms. Very clean eating facility. Lady did a super job of keeping it clean and filled bowls. I would like bacon or some type of breakfast sausage patties. Do not serve those nasty sausage links.

The bathtub was so super slick it might be dangerous. Wish that there was a makeup mirror for those of us who can't see well. Boxes blocked the snack and ice machines because of your renovation, and a plastic strip tripped me in that area. Could have been a disaster had I not had wall to brace. Everything else was great. Outside pool was not as clean as possible. These are minor things, but would just be a nice feature. Linen was great, white and comfortable.

Location. Friendly staff. Free breakfast - we didn’t have time to eat but I think it’s great it’s an option.

The room we had didn’t have a balcony…that’s not the problem though, the room beside us had a balcony, which could easy see in our room. Someone could very easily climb over the balcony and be right in front of our window. I suggest better lighting on the sides of the buildings. The price. It would be great if nightly rental was cheaper for late check ins.

It was not too crowded, friendly staff, walking to some places, and the price was right.m

Honestly, I don't know. The pool was good and towels provided. Breakfast was decent. The room was decent.

The room had been renovated and looked so much better than the picture we saw on the website. The staff were so nice and a huge thank you to the lady that cleaned our room. I can't think of her name we left her a note of appreciation along with a nice tip. The only negative was breakfast. The food was not replenished very well.We would stay there again.

Front desk staff super friendly kitchen/dining was good enjoy our stay room was clean

Room was clean but didn't see a housekeeping the rest of the week has to go to the front desk for towels. Toilet paper and everything else we might need. Housekeeping didn't come and stock the room.seen them on the hall when we left other than that I will stay again

This room was good sized with very nice lighting and a good shower. The location was very good, being near shopping, food, entertainment, and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. A suitcase holder helped and there was a nice sized refrigerator/freezer. The plaque on the wall: "To Our Guests -- In ancient times there was a prayer for The Stranger within our gates." -- nice touch. The laundry room was good, and the lobby was friendly, with plenty of parking.

The breakfast stood out as a Continental-type with no hot food except for waffles--think carbohydrate oriented. Yes, there was a fitness room, but it was minimal.
