Room had a patio out side the door. Breakfast was great..I suggest adding some wedge potatoes to the breakfast. The Wyndham in Benton Harbor Michigan has the same breakfast with potatoe wedges and they are great. Fireplace was cozy and the lobby was beautiful. Loved that it was pet friendly. People that travel with their pet has hard time finding hotels. Pool was beautiful and clean..was open 24 hrs.

Parking inadequate. Hotel with this many rooms should be on a bigger piece of property. Backaing out of some parking spaces is dangerous when others have large trucks in them with hitches that stick out an additional foot. Elevator car too small for use of luggage truck use. Two elevators in a hotel this size would be better. There was a lot of delays during hours of the day people are checking out. I missed not seeing a Bible in the room.

The hotel was very clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The outside fireplace with tables was relaxing. The staff worked fast to get us a new room when maintenance broke the window in our room. A lot of options for breakfast.

Only one elevator for 5 floors and it was very slow. Always had to wait a long time for it. The beds were very hard and pillows were not that great. WiFi was horrible.

The pool and hot tub are 24 hours! The staff was amazing! Very welcoming! Shortly after we checked in our room they called the room to make sure it was to our standards and we had no issues! every time we came back from doing whatever fun things we had planned they always welcomed us back! The accept pets! Our Goldendoodle was too young to travel but we got to see many fur babies, including 3 Goldendoodles which made us happy! Close to EVERYTHING!!!! Excellent location!

Beds were a little too firm and water pressure could have been better. Both were tolerable for a couple of days.

The staff from the desk clerk to the morning breakfast attendant was exceptional!!! They made our stay! I even took a minute to ask one of them what makes them so different as you could feel a different energy of positivity, friendliness and geniune enjoyment from each of them. The day manager said that it started from the top with their company. She said they had a great GM and it all just trickled down. The employees consider one another family and they work well together.

Having one more elevator would have been nice. It only has 1 with 5 floors of guests. We often opted for the stairs instead of waiting.

We enjoyed our stay very much my only complaint is, this is the first time I did not take my own hair dryer. And the only thing I can relate my issue to is that I used the hotel hair dryer everyday and my hair broke off to the point that it looks like I had layers added to my hairstyle. This has never happened in my whole life before. I'm going to my hairdresser next week and I will need some extra care to my color treated hair. There is nothing else I can relate this to as I have been using the same shampoo conditioner, hair brush and Hairspray as before and though it doesn't take me more than 5 to 10 minutes to blow dry my hair I can only relate my issue to the blow dryer in the hotel. After Googling this issue I feel certain that is the problem. So for me at least it's a lesson learned. It will not stop me from going back but from now on I'll take my own hair dryer and sleep on my own pillow just in case that had something to do with it. The staff was amazing the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool and the courtyard which was very inviting as well as the fireplace inside the lobby where I enjoyed my coffee every morning while the rest of my family slept for 30 more minutes. I highly recommend this hotel just take your own hair dryer.

Just the hair dryer

Awesome hotel! From the moment we walked into this hotel, our vacation was amazing! Staff was friendly, location was off the main strip and the hussle and bussle of the traffic. It was one of the cleanest hotels I believe we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of hotels around the country. Breakfast was great and there is a coffee station open day and evening. It was just a remarkable vacation!

The only thing I didn't care for was the elevator is a little slow and we were hoping for an outdoor pool. The indoor pool and hot tub was amazing though.

The property was located within walking distances to a lot of the local attractions, which was convenient. The breakfast offered at the hotel was very good. The motel was very well kept. There were always employees cleaning or doing some other type of maintenance about every time I was out of the room. The Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Everyone I encountered were great and happy to help with any questions. I had originally decided to stay at that motel because of them being pet friendly, we decided at the last minute not to bring the dog. I did see other people with their dogs.

I thought the mattress were to firm and the pillows were to flat. just a preference I guess. maybe that’s why I see people carrying their own pillows into motels.

Best La Quinta by far we have stayed at in our family travels. We will definitely be back. Great staff and the breakfast has everything and even breakfast staff are awesome and the cleaning staff of the hotel. Nicest people and the indoor pool and room pictures are even better in person.

The hotel is very pet friendly and my son has dog allergies we told the front desk they found us a room and he had no issues the entire trip.

Pool area. Outside patio. Eggs were great. Parking was. Convenient...really nice rooms helpful staff. Great price. They called us on our way there to make sure they had all our requests met..even got in our rooms much earlier than expected.. that was exceptional! Loved the view from our room. 515.

The beds were comfortable but a little high.had a hard time getting in them. Maybe a few different hot items..instead of the sane ones every day. Hot tub power was too strong. Nice but the water was splashing out of the tub..and in everyone's face
