It’s a modern, beautiful hotel. Loved the clean fresh scent in the lobby. The lazy river was fun and the HEATED outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The room was very clean.

The view from the room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the river or mountains. We could see the river in the distance but the immediate view was a rooftop. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. We called down to the front desk at night but it didn’t arrive so we called again the next morning and then received it.

Absolutely love not only the cleanliness feel, but the 24hr amenities. This hotel also did a fantastic job with their landscaping! The outdoor pool are is a great view, beautiful trees and awesome lazy pool (as well as indoor pool). Lots of great seating chairs and booths in the common areas. Overall very beautiful, clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

The only downside of our stay was that the griddle at the Bistro was not working during our entire stay. However, that did not stop the fact that the rest of the food we did order was worth the price.

I liked the location. few minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Also short drive to Gatlinburg and other attractions. the property was well maintained and clean. the room was spacious which we really loved.

there was a bad odor outside hotel. i wasn’t able to order food from Marriott app. our bathroom had some minor mold and our hook on our bathroom door was broken.

Everything was clean, and there were so many things to do on the grounds. Staff was so helpful. We will stay again.

The hallways, lobby, and lobby bathrooms smelled so bad. The air fresher they had everywhere was so strong it gave all of us headaches. I respect having things smell great, but it was so overwhelming. I am so thankful it wasn't in our room.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing, met a lot of nice people, the staff was very helpful, they gave us a tip on how to best drive on the parkway, down the middle lane,

the price for 3 nights was a little pricey, but for the location that is to be expected, the driving was a little frustrating until one of the hotel employees told us to stay in the middle lane until we were close to our destination

Room was comfortable. In wall air/heater was not overly loud. Bathroom nicely appointed. Nice to have a balcony that faces south-east, I think and was some what shielded from the late afternoon sun. A nice plus, a breakfast/lunch diner is 50 yards away. Mini Starbucks in lobby, and open limited hours. Staff very helpful.

Our room was on the 2nd floor located above the patio area, where people can smoke, which we could occasionally smell. Fitness room size was quite adequate, but the weight machine had no attachments other than individual hand straps.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean, the pools were wonderful and heated at night and the lights on the pool gave it magical glow. The rooms were clean and the beds soft and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast buffet on the weekends and we were in good walking/driving distance to wherever we wanted to go. Will definitely stay again

The front desk staff were so friendly, check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again. The bistro/breakfast vouchers...worth it!!

Just a little pricey, but worth it. The bathroom shower leaked but nothing a towel on the floor didn't catch.

The property was very clean and the location was perfect.

The house keeper for my room lied that she didn’t fine my shades in the room, but when I drove back to the hotel to look for myself she had them wrapped in a plastic bag hidden in the bottom of her cart 🤔.

There was a lot to do on property for kids and adults

The shower has no door or privacy so it got cold while taking a shower. Also there was not vent in the bathroom so when we opened the door after taking a shower, the fire alarm went off due to all the steam.
