Breakfast was sufficient. Good assortment of items available. Loved the location and very quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. We would def stay here again!

Our air conditioner had a smell and was quite loud even on low. The blue circle light on the sink mirror is really bright and when we were on our left side, the light was bothersome. We blocked the light at night with a box so as to remove the glow. The sink area was nice separate from the bathroom. Really liked that idea as two people can be getting ready at the same time without getting in each others way. There needs to be an additional hook to hang the towel on after both showering and needing to hang our towels separately.

Breakfast each morning was amazing and filling. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Pool was nice but on the smaller side. The room design allowed great separation between the beds and two TVs which was great.

The room needed better ventilation the room design didn’t allow for the air conditioning unit to get to the other side of the room. The carpet needed to be shampooed because if the a/c unit was not running it was very humid and smelled like wet dog. And lastly the beds and pillows were too soft not comfortable after night 2.

Excellent location. Desk staff were friendly. Room was SPOTLESS with excellent lighting, sanitized remotes, lovely Dove products throughout the suite. very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and firm/soft pillow options on each bed. A TV for each queen bed in our suite. Several options for breakfast including hot and cold options. Juices and coffee. Keurig and pods in the room.

Door key didn’t work, had to make 2 trips from the 5th floor down to the front desk to get keys reprogrammed. Fellow travelers were very loud until 1am, significant amount of light coming through under the door at night. Had to put towels at the base of the door to get the room as dark as I prefer. Squealing from the nascar go-cart track may be an issue if on the southern end of the hotel, but didn’t bother us as they closed early and we were on the north end.

Room was clean and comfortable. I like the layout of the double room...bathroom area separates the two beds making it more private. Hotel sits about two blocks off the main highway so very quiet but still convenient to everything, especially easy to get to Veterans Dr which bypasses the main road thru Pigeon Forge giving you faster access to Gatlinburg or Sevierville.

We stayed on first floor, so parking lot activity was noticeable at times thru the night. In future will opt for an upper floor room. Breakfast bar was well stocked and food was quite good.

The people were awesome, the breakfast was good and the rooms were okay

First of all we didn't get the room that we booked it wasn't available and that is booking .com fault. The manager did get us a room. It wasn't cleaned daily they just put towels in and that was it. I won't be using booking.com anymore I will call the hotel and book myself next time in doing that I would of saved 97.00

The front desk staff were all helpful. Alex especially was very nice and helpful with any issues or questions we had. The breakfast was good. They had free coffee and lemonade all day and night.

The pool was closed. They were redoing the roof and the roofers started working pretty early each morning.

We were a little nervous walking in because the area is known for not having the best kept rooms. However, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s by no mean the ritz obviously, but it was clean from the moment we walked in and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our room had a little weird smell but nothing that made us complain. The bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean, the whole room overall was clean and well maintained.

The room had a bit of a smell. Couldn’t figure it out. Perhaps needed a carpet shampoo.

Check-in staff was very friendly. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was nice and neat. Loved the layout of the room. Loved the amenities provided.

The breakfast could have been better. It was okay when there was food. It was very low on food most of the time we were there.

Tess was absolutely wonderful. She remembered us from a previous stay and was very helpful throughout our stay. We felt like we were visiting family. We will definitely stay there on future visits. Loved the room as well. Oh yeah - we loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and had lots of choices.

Can’t think of a negative comment.

Room was clean and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, coffee was very good. AC worked well and the bed was very comfortable. TV had a wonderful picture quality

You didn't have the Bally Sports network and we didn't get to watch the BRAVES play baseball. They have been our team forever.
