Everything. This was our fave place to stay, hands down. The size of the room was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kiddos. Everything we needed for big family meals in the kitchen. The jetted tub was a nice surprise. The extras such as the Popsicles poolside and free popcorn with the movie was exciting. We loved that the lobby offered smores kits. This is our new go to spot when visiting the area. Close to everything. Very convenient location. Parking was great. We loved that our bracelets controlled all the doors. Extremely clean and welcoming. All staff that we came in contact with was polite and helpful. (Price was our favorite)

We would have loved for the hot tub outside to be warm. And would have enjoyed 24 hr outside play time. We couldn't seem to fit everything in, even with the 11pm close time.

Staff did an amazing job throughout our stay. Lifeguards were positioned correctly to ensure all children stayed safe.

Breakfast on the property would have been great.

The place was worth the money by far, during our whole stay the waterparks were never crowded, there is so much to do on the property we didn't have the chance to do it all within the week we stayed. The staff are very friendly. The nights and even days were quiet, the rooms are spacious and very accommodating. The beds and pillows and even the blankets are wonderful and cozy.

One of our last nights while me and my husband was in the hot tub, one of the maintenence men put the chemicals in the hot tub while we were sitting in it. The wifi was not working well when we stayed but they were having trouble with internet provider, also if you have a child that loves playing the ps4/5 ours would not connect to the internet while there.

Condo was great included jetted tub, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and had plenty space for a rowdy toddler

It was memorial day weekend and on numerous occasions there was not a single parking spot available as there are 2 buildings parking on the right shud be for building 2 and parking on the left for building 1, the kiddie/baby areas was overrun with big kids (teenagers) normally I wouldn't have an issue but as they were not being monitored by parents and pool staff would say nothing unless they were running...this made it almost impossible for my toddler to actually play in an area meant for his age/size. Rendering the pool areas (inside and out) almost useless. We paid a significant amount for our 4 nights and while I understand it was a holiday weekend the main attractions was wayyyyyyyy to crowded to make the value worth it...

I really liked the rooms being an apartment style. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator and to be able to wash bottles in the sink and have plenty of counter space. Cupboard space was great to keep our food out of the way.

The elevator closest to our room stopped working our first night. It was very inconvenient with our stroller to have to carry it down the stairs. The elevator at the other end of the hall didn't go to the same floor the lobby was on so we had to go down a flight of stairs with our stroller. We ended up just carrying the baby around but it would have been much more convenient to be able to push him.

The room was perfect. A nice sized kitchen with full size appliances, large bathroom with full walk in shower, separate bedroom and large living room area and a small balcony. It was perfect. The pool was nice and my husband liked the water slides.

Maybe a little too kid oriented. Nothing much for adults as far as activities. We're not partiers but our kids are grown so all we had to do there was lay by the pool(which we enjoyed). We went out to the fire pits but they wouldn't turn on and apparently Saturday night was the only night they turn them on. A skunk ran us off lol.

We stayed in building three in a 2 bedroom bunk room and it was perfect. The water park was perfect for my 6 and 2 year olds. They even gave out free popsicles everyday poolside. The activities they have for the kids was amazing. My kids enjoyed the playgrounds, coloring time, build a buddy, butterfly experience, and pajama story time. We would recommend this resort to all our friends with kids. The location was perfect to everything in town.

We had friends stay in building 1 in a 1 bedroom condo and there was a noticeable difference in between building 3 and 1. Building 1 appeared to be older and in need of some repairs. Where building 3 is either newer or has recently been upgraded

Everything!! This place made our trip so enjoyable after going out in the day the kids always had the water park as a bonus to enjoy at the end of each day or stay all day at the resorts water park as an activity! It was never over crowded due to the large size of amenities. S’mores around a campfire, butterfly cove, crafts, for kids, 2 arcades, 2 playgrounds, sauna, picnic areas, etc.. it is absolutely fabulous place to stay!!! Worth every penny and you will not regret booking it for your next family vacay!!!!! Plenty of parking and the location is great!!! Easy to get to and minutes away from the island and Dollywood!

Nothing at all it was great!!!!

This resort was awesome! We wanted a place with a pool for our 6 year old granddaughter. This place exceeded our expectations. So much for her to do. Water inside and out. Huge bonus was the firepit for smores. She loved that. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pullout sofa, we brought a nice air mattress. We didn't leave the resort much, because she wanted to swim. I would highly recommend this resort. It would had been perfect if it had a restaurant in it. Then we wouldn't had to go out and eat. But there was one that was walking distant.

Wished it had a restaurant in it.

my two-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter had a wonderful time. the pools were great for her, and we made smores and played on the playground.

the tv in the living room would not accept their own wifi so we couldn't use our Netflix. The tv in our room wouldn't work at all. we called and they came and fixed it but as soon as we tried to change the channel it stopped working again. We just gave up on the tvs. Firefly cove was nice and they had a movie out there but we couldn't watch it and we had to come back from the playground because the bugs ate us up. It was so bad i had 2 bites on my face. They need to spray the perimeter and we should have taken some bug spray. I realized quickly why there weren't many people out there.
