The location was great. There were some fabulous restaurants in the area. When we checked in, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up with a room that had a jacuzzi. The jets didn't work, but it was still able to be used for a bath...it was a nice surprise. Plus it was a very spacious room. Nice pool and fire pit outside too.

The fitness center was much smaller than I expected....but the pool made up for it. The space for breakfast is small. Breakfast selection is limited.

I didn't get the breakfast, I'm not a breakfast person. Location was great. Room was very clean, shower was also great. Good water pressure, quiet atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone, would stay again. Nice fire pit out by the pool

Only thing I didn't like that ya had to go to the office to get towels, rags, etc.Also, had to go to the office to get toilet paper, housekeeping wouldn't give anything. Other that that it was a great place

Room was clean and beds crisply folded with double fitted sheets. Pool well kept with chairs and separated fire pit. Nice staff, woke up late and missed breakfast and they allowed the family to eat anyway 🙂 side note across the street is a Mexican restaurant that had the best salsa and chips which was in walking distance if you tried.

The beds were a little stiff and the fire alarm wasn't attached to the wall but was there wasn't tested but steamed to be in working order.

The value for the money was great. The pool was nice. The staff was nice. The location was great. The ice machines worked well. Tv options were good. Water pressure in shower was great. We were on the third floor. Elevator was nice

Too many people smoking outside the rooms on the balcony which seeped into our room. The breakfast was only waffles and cereal and the room was way to small

Great staff, rooms were very nice with exceptionally comfortable beds , small bathroom for a 260 lbs 6ft7 man but most are. Was very clean . Location was a touch out of the strip but it was a packed week and the price of the rooms were very reasonable. I'd definitely not hesitate to stay again. The staff was attentive and polite, I'd recommend highly.

Repairs were done cheaply, I could've myself repaired everything in the room that was rigged for $200 and never knew was an issue. The amount of caulking repair was kind of funny. The AC unit stopped working on hot or cool at 2 a.m I never complained but that was something that should never happen. However I'm sure if I'd have reported it would of been fixed but it was 2 in the morning 👍

Chose a cheaper hotel room so we had more money to spend in Gatlinburg with our kids. The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff do a great job! For the price, the room beyond exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again

Room smelled kinda like mildew but for the price, it was great. Was only there to sleep. Pool was small. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal so we chose to eat out.

*For us it was a good location, at the end of the strip just outside the busy area. *There were plenty of stores to shop at (dollar tree, dollar general, & a publix). *It was a good value for 2 rooms for 4 nights for us to basically shower & sleep. *Pool was clean & the kids enjoyed it. *Staff was friendly.

*The rooms could use a little updating. *Pretty sure the people staying a few rooms down from us were sitting outside their room smoking pot. *It wasn't really an issue for us but they do not do daily room cleaning unless you ask for it *In order to get more towels or exchange dirty towels you have to go to the front desk (I'm guessing thats due to staffing issues). *The breakfast was only cereal & waffles (we didn't eat it).

The stay was ok the room was not that clean we had to ask of someone to pick up our trash the tolet was stopped up on arrival so we had to ask for a plunger to get it going. What I like was that the room was on the 3rd floor.

The bathroom was stopped up the let out sofa-bed had food left in it and there was roaches in the room. The lighting in the room was very poor not much at all had to open the window to see.

Comfortable beds, great shower pressure and clean toliet . Rooms were clean and smelled nice.

Room 106. Coffee pot was missing the tray for coffee pac. 2 outlets not working. The fridge froze drinks and tea bottle busted in fridge. Room 108 3rd day house keeping called at 8am asking if we need it. I told him just for towels, beds were fine. Come back to room beds made great thanks. Clean towel left on desk no washcloths. Dirty towels still in bathroom floor. Upon close inspection the rooms need a good scrub down. Like under the lamp shades, the gap between the mirror and the sink found a dead bug.

My room was very comfortable, bed, temperature, etc. Thank you for the "in room" coffee.

Breakfast was not acceptable. The juice dispenser only gave you water. There wasn't any butter for the waffles and it was very crowded in the room. It was cooler outside than in the room. I also expected a little more, toast, bagels, jelly, etc.
