Location is within major highway exits and near hotels & restaurants.  Good parking space.The lobby is nice and open. Room is spacious and clean. Temperature in Amarillo dropped when we we arrived so it was nice that the room was warm and cozy when we  entered the room.As advertised, toiletries and amenities are provided including free bottled waters. TV has alot of cable channels. We love the eco-friendly shower toiletries.

A bit of cautious trying to get to the hotel. Location is next to highway exit. Be sure to slow down while exiting or you will missed it.  The entrance to the lobby is a bit tight for a truck so take it slow.  The  vent and lights in the bathroom are in the same switch. It was annoyingly loud but we can't turn it off when we needed the bathroom lights. Ugh! The heater was loud, it kept us awake all night.. The room lights were too bright at night. They  need an ambient light at night.

The breakfast was outstanding. The lady responsible for preparing the food did a great job. Couldn’t have asked for better.

My only comment is with the shower. It seemed the valve in the shower needed repair. The hot water was just the slightest bit warm. Reported the issue to the front desk. We were told the issue would be reported to maintenance, however it didn’t seem the maintenance crew was able to get to it. I couldn’t tell any difference on the hot water that evening. But all in all bit a big deal.

Sandy at the reception desk was awesome. She made sure we received a room that met our requests/needs and she straightened out the mess that Booking.com made with our reservation. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and premises were spotlessly clean, and quiet. I will stay here again, but will book directly with the hotel due to the problems Booking.com created.

The room was very clean, bed was soft and so were the pillows. It had two thin blankets. Breakfast was good. I liked that they had the complimentary popcorn later in the day.

The bed and pillow were so soft. The dish on the TV, it wouldn't let me play any shows it kept saying internet issues. The body soap was barely coming out of the dispenser in the bathroom. Wish they had better blankets.

Clean, comfortable room. While the property is directly off the I-40, the room was quiet. The continental breakfast had a great variety with plenty of food available even though we didn't get there until 8am. Staff was very friendly and the "breakfast lady" checked that the food was to their liking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would have liked to have had another blanket or a thicker one on the bed.

Room was nice. Staff were nice. Toiletries were very nice. Breakfast was good. I liked the burritos and was nice to have fruit. Juices weren't watered down. 3 sets of curtains kept the room fairly dark. I got a good rate.

I couldn't completely close the outer drapes. Bed was a little firm for me. Road noise was an issue. I couldn't keep the signal to watch t.v. so that was frustrating.

Comfortable beds, clean room, and great breakfast to start our morning with. Highly recommend.

Had booked a king room thru Booking.com and my confirmation state king but the desk clerk said the reservation was for a double queen. Took the room and it was comfortable but not sure where the error was and the desk clerk was not going to double check.

I am handicapped and there is no elevator to the second floor. Was difficult with luggage. To be fair I booked this room at 5pm and, the booking site made the reservation for the following night. So we got there with no reservation , accommodation was made for us in a last room. It was appreciated.

Jonathan at the desk was great! I had made a mistake in my booking date and he totaling was very helpful on helping me to get it straightened out. So thankful for his patience and knowledge. Morning staff was welcoming at breakfast and pleasant to talk to. Great experience!

Everything was good.

Everything, the place was impeccable,clean,welcoming, beds were so comfy.Breakfast wad fantastic,lady called Dina was greeting everyone which was magic.so handy to get on the Highway,Walmart etc just down the road. Recommend to stay,place was extremely clean and well maintained.
