The staff and the hotel itself were absolutely terrific. The place is very clean, updated rooms with full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and looking clean 👌 Beds were great. The wifi was good, but you also have the option to pay for high speed and its not too expensive either. The place fills up quickly so the word is out this is a great hotel to stay at. You can do short or long-term and you're treated wonderfully if you do either. Manager and front desk were so nice and understanding. The only bad thing I can say about the place is sometimes the parking lot can have a truck or two playing loud music after work or on the weekend from guys who are getting off work. But it didn't last long. The icy ac drowns out any noise. Only noticed it because I had to turn the ac off because it was icy cold.👍

Maybe keep a better eye on the parking lot and tell the people who drink beer or bbq by their trucks to keep the music down. A few times it was really loud. Then the trash was a huge eyesore. It was overflowing and falling out a few times, but I realize the city workers who pick up the trash are always in time so not completely the hotels fault.

the staff was wonderful! friendly and helpful and actually talked to me! I was very impressed. it was convenient to work, parking was great! I was always able to get close to my room! the room was relatively quiet and the room felt and looked clean. I felt safe being a woman traveling alone.

the room had a stuffy smell when I would get back in the evening. but I turned the ac down and it went away. having smoking stations by the back door near my room was a little trouble for me since I am allergic to smoke. but nothing unbearable.

Great for one night stay in Amarillo. Comfortable bed, clean private bathroom. Easy check-in. Definitely recommend for one-two nights for a good night of sleep.

It would be good to have some kitchen utensils available - one mug/spoon/pot/plate so we could have prepared something for breakfast in our room - there is no breakfast available at this place. So, if you are planning to have hot breakfast at your room, bring some kitchen utensils/essentials.

Bob was an excellent employee. He went above and beyond to help me and he was very professional. I will come back to wood springs due to Bob's over the top helping.

Property was nice, but the card readers were an issue at times. But overall great.

Room was very clean and smelled clean....

We had a handicap ♿ room and king bed with 2 very hard and uncomfortable chairs that went with kitchen....that room was large enough to put a easy chair with a ottaman....that would of been great 👍 but instead I had to go out and rent a recliner because I can't sit in my Walker all the time....overall it was great

It's all good they r just building a store next to hotel so access to parking lot is blocked at the moment. It'll be great once job is completed. So no fault on motels part. Other than that it was,👌❣️

Very comfy bed, kitchenette was great (though doesn't come equipped so be sure to have your own stuff - or you can pay for it at reception). Good air-con. Felt safe and comfortable. Easy drive from the location into town. Extremely friendly and helpful guy on the front desk (bonus that he has a VERY cute dog too greet you on arrival too!).

very courteous night auditor greeted us, we were late and road tired tired. he made sure per my request, to have us away from I40 and freeway noise. bed was so comfortable. our room's AC and been set prior to us getting there at chilled, chill. it was awesome, fell right to sleep. my new "almost out of TX" stay for the night place.. btw way, i forgot these properties has a small kitchenette and full size fridge. I could have made a simple breakfast for us before we got on the road to SD. on side not, bring cookware, paper plates, plastic ware. they are not provided.

We didn’t expect it but our room had a full size refrigerator and very clean ice trays (looked new) and microwave and 2 eye stove kitchen sink even. It was clean.

very friendly staff. they were very happy to help me out if I needed more blankets or towels. The room was very spacious with everything you need for comfortable living. full refrigerator and stove. the sink was nice and big.

there were people moving around upstairs. sounded like they were moving furniture. this was more in the evening, but it wasn’t happening all night. we were still able to sleep just fine.
