The location is near several restaurants that you can access through the parking lots instead of getting on the interstate to get back to the hotel. Booking has the correct map, so do NOT bother with navigation app when you get to Amarillo. Print it if you think you’ll have any doubts when you get to town. I requested a room near an exit so it would be easy to get my dogs out for walks and potty breaks, and they quickly replied they would be glad to accommodate. My room was near an exit, but on the second floor. No way was one of my greyhounds doing those stairs, so we walked to the elevator near the lobby every time. There is a big field across from the lobby for walking; lighting was adequate at night.

There is a $75 non refundable pet fee, and they charged $10 for parking in their open lot—not a garage. Neither of these fees were mentioned when booking a room. I didn’t see any breakfast available, and was under the impression it wasn’t included with the room anyway. They should refund the pet fee if room is left clean.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I was worried about noise due to the proximity to the highway. Request a room on the other side.

All was fine. We changed rooms as they had put us on a street side room, which was a bit noisy.

Very clean. Big room. Very comfortable. Front desk lady was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was really pricey. I ordered 2 black coffee’s and the woman behind the counter made them with 2 shots of espresso and hot water. I found this odd and then noticed there was free complimentary coffee next to the breakfast bar. Why didn’t she just tell me that instead of charging me $4 a cup of what clearly wasn’t traditional coffee????

easily accessible, everything worked accordingly, staff was more than friendly and helpful! great with my kids, accommodated everything we needed!

It was spacious and the extra room was nice. And it was clean.

We were traveling through and just wanted a good night's sleep. My daughter was disappointed that there was no microwave to warm up her left overs from dinner and the room was freezing cold when we got in there. Like it took a while to let it warm up. I ha a to turn it up when I got in the room and where I am used to having to turn the ac on I have never had a room set to 61 when I got in there. The tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and starting to come up also.

Breakfast sucked. Only had a bistro and it cost 10 for whatever was ordered. Had 2 orders of bacon and a breakfast sandwich..ylmy eggs were way overcooked and not very tasty.

Better selection for breakfast and included in price.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was spacious and the sliding door to the back was very convenient for taking the pets out.

The need to charge guests for simple, plain breakfast. If a payment is charged then it should be worth the money.

The room setup was great. Bed and lines were great. Liked that the bathroom had wall hiding toilet.

The sheets were paper thin. There were no blankets it was just the sheet and comforter which I don’t use at hotels. And I didn’t like you had to pay for parking when the parking lot was nothing special.
