Clean and comfortable everything. Great location. Safe.

Look. I've read the King James Bible from cover to cover faster than it took to read, reread, analyze and decipher the 13 emails and texts I received containing the instructions for checking in, parking and checking out. It's a great place to stay but I didn't realize how much mental effort would be required to read and digest the myriad instructions. I would rate this a 10 if there was just one concise email explaining everything.

There was a free coffee machine in the lobby and staff was always there and ready to help. Room was well equipped with most of things one might need. There were a lot of great bars, restaurants and food trucks nearby, so we never ran out of options to eat something new. To name a few: Granny's Tacos, Spicy Boys Fried Chiken, Whislers Cocktail bar, Via 313 Pizza

Rooms were much smaller than expected, it was basically a hotel room with kitchen, as opposed to an apartment as we expected, having stayed in similar places before (AMLI, Sonder). As a result, room was quite nosy, having a fridge in your bedroom means you hear it turn on at nigth, as well as boiler or some other appliance. Appliance clocks were also quite bright and you can't really turn away from them as there is a mirror on the other side so you always see it. As accomodation is pet friendly, you see loads of pets arround, which is awesome, but some dogs were being left alone during the day so there was barking nearly every day and the way rooms are setup, barking on 5th floor would be clearly heard on the 3rd.

Perfectly clean and the lobby was really nice. The street was also very walkable and we enjoyed exploring.

It was very loud at night, we could hear everything happening on the street. I wish we had a white noise machine in our room. The elevator button doesn't work outside on P3, I also struggled to get the button to take me to floor 3. I always had to press another floor then scan again and press 3. We also found it confusing to lock our door on our way out.

Sentral East Austin at 1630 was a highlight of our trip to the US, situated in a perfect location in between awesome eats and convenience, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and boasts a range of facilities - easy access to secure parking and simple to use pay-as-you go laundry facilities perfect for travellers like ourselves. We couldn’t be happier with staff - Alex and Allen - who were an absolute pleasure to deal with and offered the best recommendations of food and things to do in Austin during our stay - as well as providing us with early check in when available following a long flight. Thank you so much Sentral East Austin - we can’t wait to return as well as visit your other Sentral locations throughout the US!

The only thing we didn’t like was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer!

It was pretty good price for a location with a longer stay discount applied. The lobby, stuff and the room were very nice.

The sheets were not really changed which is a bit of a red flag when staying somewhere for few weeks, but it still seemed pretty clean.

We made food in the room. For us that was exceptional because we cannot make use of the cafe (because of the weak SA currency)

Well I do nit understand why I paid more than you quoted me for. Mary warned me about the $50 for breakage fees. Still instead of +_R12 000 rand we paid +_R14 000 plus another fee??

I loved the location. Getting in and out was easy with door codes. It's a residential apartment with visitors too. Ask the locals where to go to eat and drink!

Bring earplugs for the street noise. It's a murphy bed, quite comfortable but big gap between mattress and wall so pillows fall in. That's picky though. We were very happy.

the location is perfect. lots of great restaurants, clubs and shops. we had a few maintenance issues but they were taken care of immediately. The manager at the front was very helpful and had great recommendations.

It would have been nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen provided. some tea , coffee , cream and sugar. Most rentals provide these. There was a store across the street that sold those items.

Save neighborhood, a lot of restaurants and supermarket (target and wholefoods) in walking distance, good bus connections to the city center kitchen was equipped with salt, pepper, cutlery, dishes, pans and pots, dishtowels, detergent and dishwasher tabs

neighbors on the floor above paced their room very loudly at 2 am, door to apartment is not soundproof

I liked the location and the amenities provided within the room

I found it confusing to get 2 sets of instructions on accessing the room, one stating a key fob was not required and the other stating it was required. In the end a helpful staff member ensured that I got the key fob. It is worth noting that you can use the fob to get from the elevator area into the lobby, rather than entering your room door code on the keypad
