The room was cleaned every day. The gym was awesome with an incredible view. Also the pool and the pool bar were great. Amazing views of Austin City from the top.

The food in the restaurant was a little bit more than average. Not bad but the menu could have more variety.

the minute you step outside the hotel, the streets are filthy and the homeless are everywhere, its stinky and they are living miserably very very close to the front door.

This is by far the best hospitality I have ever received when staying at a hotel. The manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay exceeded expectations. Everyone in my party said it was the best hotel service that they had ever experienced!

I wish they had suites that came with 2 queen beds rather than 1 king bed, but otherwise, nothing could’ve been better.

The cleaning staff was less than desirable, only cleaned our room once in 4 days!! And I called them every day to make sure it would be cleaned while we were out for the day - for the price they charge we shouldn’t have to call down to the front desk for clean towels, coffee, water, cups etc every day - apparently no vacuuming of the hallway floors either- they really need to step it up

Excellent place, amazing staff. The location couldn't be better and the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant are amazing as well!

My only quibble is that the sheets are SO scratchy and uncomfortable. Invest in some softer sheets and the place is 5 star.

The location is perfect,everything is close by. The rooftop pool,The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooftop pool was cool but unfortunately it’s open to the public so as hotel guests by the time you go up to the pool,there’s no place to sit,the pool is crowded.Tried to go in the morning on Sunday because on the welcome letter they wrote it opens @11am on Sunday but to my surprise we got there exactly 11am and it was already full.I was very disappointed didn’t get the chance to even get in the pool.That really sucked 🙁

We moved hotels after arriving to Austin and ended up at the Westin. I'm so glad we moved. It was better in every way. The location is walkable to most things, the pool is beautiful (and heated), the rooms were nice.

The pillows could be fluffier :)

Great location, clean, and staff was happy and polite.

Would be good to have self park and less expensive parking
