The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable! We were too tired to use the huge flat screen TV but it was a nice addition.

The room had a horrible musty/moldy smell that even running the air on high didn't dissipate. The location was difficult to get to. None of our devices found the address (which varied by website) - mapquest, goggle maps or garmin. We got off at the exit indicated by road signs and noticed it was across from the freeway, Since none of the road changes were mapped, it took two attempts to find it. After 10 long hours on the road, this was very aggravating.

Very accessible….had a wal mart very close by, and a nice Chinese restaurant as well. The pool was in sun all day, but shade in the evening….made for a perfect temperature swim…. Rose checked us in and was a treasure. She made sure we had extra towels for the pool (for my wife’s hair) extra lotion for after swim…and extra coffee after we traded in the decaf. The breakfast was nice. It was a very good stay.

Got in early they made accommodations for us because we were supposed to check in at 3 pm on the 10 from what my stuff said but there computer that it from the 9 to the 11 th even though my confermation from you guys said the 10-12 th but the have made accommodations and added days for us

The whole experience was great. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked amazingly, the room size was decent, I just fell into the pillow top bed and pillow comforter, the sheets and pillows felt great! Even the breakfast was good.

I honestly can't think of any dislikes.

As always I hate the parking lot. They failed to hire and engineer when building it and have horrible step angles on the drive. Be prepared to hit some part of your car on the pavement. Back entrance is like a land mind field. Not enough parking. I had to park at Motel 6 and walk to my motel at 1:00 am because only spot left had a bunch of drunks tailgating in it. This also made me question security. Night staff was unfriendly

Free breakfast was nice. The room was clean and the equipment easy to figure out. Free use of internet in the lobby was a big help, free printer as well.

My direct T.V. went out. I did ask the staff about it and they said to unplug the router and then re-plug it back in to reset it. They said if that didn't work to then please contact them for more help, luckily it did. Just took about five minutes to reset.

The room was great! Very clean!! Breakfast was amazing!

The shower head was spraying water on the floor, just needed to be tightened. No maintenance was available. They offered to switch us rooms, which we didn't want to do. My husband ended up fixing it. Not a big deal, just a small inconvenience.

Great room, good price

Breakfast sucked. Frozen tots not completely cooked. Front desk staff Saturday night/ Sunday morning had no personality and was boarding rude. Parking lot is hard to get to, full of holes and has the most horrible angle on the main entrance.

gosh 100% clean room that I had. The smell of the building and hallways is amazing. The 1 bedroom suite is perfect with perfect air conditioning, better than my Hyatt Hotel stays.

Th big raccoons that were by the pool scared me to death.

I really did love this hotel, the only thing I was unsure about was that the motel 6 was so close but it was not an issue at all I would definitely book here again. The bed and pillows OMG they were great!!!
