Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport North

We like this location and the shuttle service. We had an early flight at 5am. The shuttle was there and ready when we made it downstairs at 3am. We flew to Disney for the week, and I loved that the hotel allowed free parking for a week with your stay. When we arrived back, the hotel sent the shuttle to pick us up. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up from the airport. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

We only stayed to be shuttled to the airport. No complaints as we were literally there to sleep a few hours before the flight.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious, and the shower was nice. There's a pool on the ground and honestly lots of nice leisure areas around the hotel. I was just looking for a place to crash during a long layover so was expecting a hotel far more bland then this, but this was honestly nice and very convenient.

Paid for breakfast however due to departure time the kitchen wasnt open before our departure.

I contacted the hotel 3 times to get more details about the airport pick up they provided. No reply. When we arrived after a 15 hr flight we were none the wiser. I finally got onto hotel with details of where and when to pick up. ( was on hold and dropped out 3 times.) We got to hotel 1.5 hrs after arrival.

Everyone was great. Both guys that shuttled me from the airport were awesome. Thank you.

I got stranded at DFW after a flight from Europe. I picked this hotel as a place to stay over night rather than waiting for long, long time that American would have taken to get me a room. Check-in was efficient. The room and sleep were just what I needed.

I thought the breakfast service was indifferent, and I was unable to figure out whether breakfast was included in my stay.

The reception staff made me want to come back and stay here again, ask for anything and they go above and beyond. I wish I had grabbed their name because I wanted to include it here!

The staff are so friendly.

We tried to eat dinner...I asked for an ice tea (which is on the menu) and was told they don't have it. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich (which is also on the menu) and once again was told they didn't have it. We ended up going somewhere else.

Stayed here for one night to catch a flight the next morning. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. The rooms are just as they are pictured on the site. They provided free shuttle buses to AND from the airport, which I thought was amazing. I was also able to leave my car there for only $5 a day. Beats the airport parking daily costs. Hotel is about 10-12 minutes away from DFW International airport. Close to fast food spots. Overall great stay.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was good. Housekeeping excellent. Staff friendly.

Need laundry facilities on site. Pool could have been cleaner. Pool furniture not in working order.

Everything about the place was nice and felt new. The restaurant food was good, fair bar pricing. The bed was comfortable, parking plentiful, plenty of space in the room.

They didn't have free beer and the parking lot was a little weird to get into if you didn't know where the entrance was.
