Super close to the airport, clean room, comfy bed. The front desk young lady was very sweet and helpful.

Laundry room is outdated. There was no laundry soap or quarters available

They charged me a fee that booking.com pays and I called to have it removed and I keep getting the excuse that the manager is in a meeting and they are the only ones with access to the card to refund that money. Then she said they will fix it and I will have it in 3 to 10 business days. I waited 15 days called back got the same exact person same exact problem, manager not available to talk but they see the note from the last time and as soon as they get out of the meeting they will fix it and it will be refunded in 3 to 10 business days. It's again been more than 10 business days and I still have not been refunded.

That they charged me over 100 dollars for a fee that I should not have e been charged for and they clearly see the problem but have not fixed it.

I like the park and fly. And the availability of a shuttle to and from the airport

So disappointment about the restaurant. We flew in around 8:30 PM during a storm we were tired and very hungry. Went downstairs to the restaurant set down and waited for over 45 minutes and still nobody come to our table. It appeared that they only had one person waiting tables tending bar and cooking. There were several people in the restaurant Getting very frustrated. We finally left and walked across the street to Denny’s .very disappointing, That was one of the big things that drew me to that location, I new it would be late when we got in And we didn’t want to have to leave the hotel to get something to eat.

the staff who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. and so was the waitress in the morning for breakfast. both ladies were courteous

bathroom was kind of dirty. the shuttle from the airport took 2+ hours to pick me up

The best is first and foremost is the staff. Then it is comfortable and clean. Then the shuttle to and from DFW. I will be staying here once a year for annual meeting with my company.

I honestly can't think of anything.

clean. friendly staff. nice extra amenities like coffee and water in the room. a warm cookie at check in… a place for food and drinks in the lobby. close to airport. comfortable beds. well lit parking

The location was close to the airport for a layover stay and they had a free shuttle service.

The return shuttle from the hotel during off hours ran every hour. Our return shuttle came a bit late to pick us up.

I was only there for a few hours. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, so I was unable to enjoy all the amenities. However, I enjoyed my short time there.

Room was freezing. It took me awhile to figure out how to turn off the AC.

The nice lady at the front desk. TheThe common areas were clean and nice.

The room could have been more up to date. It smelled old. Thankfully I only had to spend one night there, I definitely would not spend more than 1 night there.

Clean and nice place. Good pool area. Very good with omelette in breakfast.

A little boring breakfast area to sit in.
