Decent hotel when we got stuck in Dallas after missing a connecting flight. Best part was the efficiency of their hotel shuttle. I just called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to come pick us up at the terminal we were in. This was helpful since we had a ton of luggage and were traveling with a child and cat. Bed was comfy and they have a restaurant/room service so we could eat after arriving. Staff was friendly and kind, helped us arrange the shuttle back to the airport and gave us a pack n play for our baby.

The pet fee was superrrrr expensive. Almost as much as the room rate per night for our one cat who literally just slept the entire night. I get there has to be a fee but paying almost double the room rate was a bit shocking. Next time I would try to find a hotel that doesn't charge this much.

When we arrived DFW I called the hotel for shuttle pickup, and was told the shuttle was not then available, but the hotel would reimburse us for a taxi ride—and it did—upon presentation of receipt! The accommodations were just great, but the best part was in the care and concern of the reception staff, especially “Angel”.He not only gave us good suggestions when we inquired about nearby restaurants, but dispatched his shuttle to drop off, pick us up! No hitches the following day on the shuttle back to the airport, and drop off right at our assigned gate. Great nights sleep, we’ll run operation.

I thought this location was great for a quick stay. It had the amenities I was looking for, pool, airport shuttle, exercise area, and restaurant on site. The Bistro had great food options for meals. All the staff at this location were extremely helpful from the shuttle driver Rafael to Charles at the front desk.

There isnt much in this area-more business offices but restaurants and airport are a 10 minute drive away.

Everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained, and comfortable! I am very picky about room cleanliness (even moreso since the pandemic) and this place more than met all of my standards. I love that they leave cards telling you exactly who your room attendant is, so you can leave a tip and thanks for the correct person. The staff were all wonderfully kind and turned what could’ve been a very stressful overnight layover on my long trip home into a pleasant, restful stay.

Room was on the smaller side, but as I was traveling alone it was just right for me. You can also occasionally hear planes taking off/landing, but it wasn’t loud enough to bother me and since I chose this hotel based on proximity to the airport I can’t complain, it’s just something to be aware of when booking a stay here. There is no included breakfast, however their Bistro in the lobby has a good selection and is reasonably priced.

Though I had to get a Lyft driver to take me to the airport (My flight departed too early for the hotel shuttle), when I called after my return flight to request a pickup back to the hotel, the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes and the driver was courteous and friendly. This is the first hotel to pick me up from a return flight from the airport when they said they would. I have waited more than an hour before and that’s why I don’t stay at those hotels any longer. I’ll definitely be staying here again. I’d also like to add that the bistro food and bar drinks were excellent!

There are certain expectations I have with any "Courtyard by Marriot" no matter the offered rate- being very clean, well maintained and comfortable. This hotel meet my expectations. Despite being full (from all the different out-of-state vehicles), the place did not look strained and the service staff would only NOT clean if you so requested - meaning they are not taking cover of the pandemic minimal service policies that some chains still resort to.

This is minor - I wish they would have creamer/milk pods for the coffee in the room instead of those sachets.

The breakfast was good. I loved the room services how they would bring it your room or bring it out to you.Rafael our shuttle driver was very nice and explained what to eat and what places to go visit in our trip. The front desk was very helpful best service I have had. Clean rooms,good food, and great customer service

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was provided in the shower. My kids loved staying here!

The beds were kind of small, would have love bigger beds. I wasn’t asked if we needed a play pin or crib for my toddler. I selected that option on the reservation but never got one. Also the tv was kind of hard to use, the remote wouldn’t work easily.

Our room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The pull out bed was not comfortable for my daughter,so she just slept on the couch. It was only for one night. We were flying out early the next day so that was fine. We left our car for 5 nights and had no problems. The staff was great. Very helpful with any questions I had. The shuttle took us directly to our gate. There was a bit of a wait(about 25-30min) when we got back, but it was around rush hour.Will certainly stay here again if we are flying out of DFW!

The property was very clean to my surprise, the rooms got cleaned every single day. Customer service is amazing, the phones are always picked up right away. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was on the first floor and it was not noisy at all, very quiet area and good distance from food and gas locations if you don’t mind driving.

The A/c is not the coldest if you are somebody that prefers the room and the colder side but it is just right and it gets the job done.
