Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

Very nice and helpful front desk staff, Dennys next door - walking distance - very helpful since i did not have car available. Free airport shuttle runs every about 30 minutes or so .... Room was clean, wifi worked, bed was comfortable.

normally i would expect breakfast, but since i had to get up at 3 am anyway, its not a big deal this time that i missed breakfast.. and if i had time, there is dennys next door ... nothing to complain comes to mind ...

This was not our first stay at this Red Roof property. We have probably stayed here over the past 8 years at least 16 or more times. When we lived in the DFW area we stayed at the hotel the night before an early flight. And, use the complimentary shuttle service to DFW Airport. Sometimes paid to leave our car there. Now that we live in Central America we stay there when flights to Europe require an overnight stopover Management has done a complete update of the property since we began staying there years ago. The rooms are clean, with new furniture, comfy beds with quality bedding and linens, and a large flat-screen TV. with a variety of regular and cable channels. It has a microwave and the coffee service provides quality coffee for those early mornings. The staff has always been friendly and we have never experienced any problems. There is a Denny's next door which is great for dine-in or take-out. Don't' let the exterior deter you. It is safe and clean and you can't beat the price. We will be staying there again soon during a stopover to Europe. Highly recommend it for a good night's rest at a reasonable price.

Very good, comfy bed and A/C. Good tv with lots of channels to watch. Fridge and microwave were also good to have. Free Airport shuttle was very, very nice ! Okay hotel.

If there was no airport shuttle the only option would be taxi or renting a car. There's no public transport. You'd have to go first FW Airport to get Dart Tram to Downtown Dallas. Would've been nice to have option to keep your luggagges for few hours after checking out.

Very convenient location for the airport. They have shuttle if required. Wifi, fridge and microwave working fine. Quiet area, with some shops near to get food, sim card... Nice staff.

More expensive than other similar properties in the States. But I guess it's from being under airport influence.

The beds were comfortable and it was a great location. The cleaning staff was nice, and one particular woman at the front desk was very nice. It is great we can bring dogs. We were in a tough situation over Memorial Day weekend and luckily they still had a few rooms available.

The floor hadn't been swept (pizza was under the beds), the shower walls had hair on them. Also, the front desk staff (besides the one woman) were not the friendliest. They wouldn't honor an extra day with the booking.com price so we had to book one online. The nice woman just happened to not be there, and she had told me over the phone they could honor that price. So I'm disappointed with the weekend and night staff. They are not flexible at all. I've stayed at this property several times in the past, and I've never had to deal with difficult staff.

I wish there would have been breakfast available.

Should have a handicap accessible room with double beds, even if beds need to be a standard size. Since wheelchair won't fit into the bathroom of a standard room, trying to get into tub was very dangerous

I like that the Red Roof Inn saved me from the stupid oYo Hotel down the street.. They were able to accommodate me with a room and a moment's short notice and it was a clean a good room.

The only thing that I can say that I did not like was our remote was not for our TV so we could not use our TV but that's okay I don't care about the TV I cared about the room itself.

Room was neat,clean. The air conditioner froze-up but they replaced it immediately!

The shower is an open shower so you can drive your wheelchair into it. BUT when you use it, water runs into the bedroom and floods it!

Close to the airport. I just wanted to add that the lady at the counter was awesome. I hope RedRoof Inn recognizes her effort. She was alone there. She answered all the calls, took care of all the walk-ins, and handled some very irate people. All under stress, with very high professionalism. She deserves a raise, and a promotion.

Only one person was taking care of everything, but I want to make it clear that person did an excellent job,

Room was very clean and the bed was really big. The location was perfect for flying out of DFW! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend this for a cheap 1 night stay to catch a flight!

The TV remote did not work in the room. Room was pretty small. Would not recommend for larger parties.
