Wingate by Wyndham - DFW North

The room was very spacious and clean, had a fridge, hairdryer and amenities. Breakfast included. We used the airport transfer, and it is quite close to the airport.

The staff was not attentive, just did their job. I have contacted the hotel 4 times before my stay, to ask how to arrange the airport transfer, and I received no reply! I had to contact booking.com to at least check if the hotel was not a scam. I was told I had to call when I arrived at the airport, which is very inconvenient for a non-american guest with no local phone. Moreover, I could hardly understand the instructions provided on the phone! Wouldn´t it have been easier to just write them down on an email or chat/ text message? For other travellers, I leave here a picture of the transfer schedule from the reception.

Quiet, room was cool.

Breakfast: typical hotel breakfast, carb overload! Loved the fresh oranges! Coffee and juices were waaaay too watered down - not good! Wished we had a nightlight for the bathroom! Housekeeping never came in to make the bed, pick up and leave towels - we had to ask for them and the dirty ones just laid of the floor. They didn't come in and empty trash. We had one bar of soap. We stayed for 4 days - for that reason, I'm glad it wasn't longer.

Location is very good if you travel the next day, since it is very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but had variety of choices. Very kind personnel. They have an arrivals/departures board in reception (cool!!!) Clearly a value for money choice, given the proximity to the airport and the facilities of the hotel.

The accommodation is good, amenities, size of the room, clean. The staff polite and helpful, near to the airport. There is a transfer where you should call to the hotel for pickup.

Comm is not easy if you don't call to the hotel. They don't answer messages posted on booking.com

Wall are thin, could hear people talking next door at night, pillows were so large you couldn’t sleep on them. We We’re led to believe that they had a restaurant but really they just Offered microwaved frozen food.

Location made it easy for us to get to areas we needed to be at.

Appearances at the front door, elevators and in the main lobby walls showd their wear and tear. . It appeared some remodeling was going on but was mention on Booking.com. Ice machine on second floor was broken. The sofa was most uncomfortable piece of furniture.

Freshly renovated, comfortable, nice common areas, large/comfortable room, super close to the airport, 7/11 right in front, onsite food truck food was delicious

For a layover/close to the airport hotel, this was an amazing experience

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating when our flight was delayed. The location made it super quick to be picked up at and dropped off at the airport, and the staff was very friendly.

highly recommend this hotel. great complimentary shuttle bus from airport to hotel. staff is efficient and nice. the room space is huge! best hotel I ever stayed in the US so far with such an affordable price
