The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

The cleanliness, smell, and the beds.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.

I picked this hotel for an overnight layover near DFW. Essential was the airport shuttle, and food and drink. The hotel was clean and the room spacious and well appointed. Got a good room rate on Booking.com.

I was seated in the restaurant for dinner, brought a menu and water. I asked for a cocktail menu from the adjacent bar. Then no one returned for more than 5 minutes, possibly 10. I moved to the bar where I was promptly served by the bartender, including ordering food. Seems the restaurant is not really staffed— if not, just operate either bar service. Would’ve been nice to have airport shuttle service more than once an hour.

The room was comfortable, bathroom small.

I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon after traveling all day and there was no restaurant available in house. I had to purchase a cold snack from the little store beside the check-in desk.

The afternoon/evening staff members were amazing! The food in the restaurant was great. Getting a shuttle to and from the airport made things easy. The room was a good size, comfortable, and quiet!!!!

The early morning staff member - 5am - was unapproachable and seemed bothered by questions. He was not very friendly. The shuttle to the airport could not accommodate all the people needing a ride and had to come back. Made a few of us anxious.

I like the bed and couch. The room was overall clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

To be able to request my tub be clean befor check in. I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. The pillows could be replaced. The chair next to the table was diry.

Hotel was close to the airport and they provide a shuttle every hour to the airport. Rooms are good size and the beds are very comfortable! Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very great!

Room well presented. Bed is amazing. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Not a fan of a shower in a bath; the tap was clunky and didn’t work 100% but a small issue to live with.

High quality facilities, ample parking, good checkin and check out experience, spacious room.
