Upon arrival, I noticed the warm and welcoming staff and the cozy and clean atmosphere. The shuttle drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Bed was comfy, room seemed extra clean, and the shower products were good quality. Breakfast was continental, but good quality.

Communication about the shuttle was a bit confusing (“level” and “terminal” were confused) but after waiting an hour with several calls to the hotel, the miscommunication was settled. Since it may be a guests first time at DFW - as it was mine - locations can be unclear. The staff can help rectify this by clarifying and specifying terminal information and where outside the airport to locate that information.

Everything else was great, staff were lovely and helpful. The place was clean and fresh feeling. Really nice facilities. Lovely made bed and super comfy.

Unfortunatly there seemed to be a miscommunication about the shuttle service? We waited almost 2 hours to be picked up and the driver never came as far as we were aware. They did say they sent the driver out but we never saw them. The first time we were in the wrong place but never saw anyone go past (they would have to drive past us to get to the meeting point, we watched every vehicle) , the next time we were at the right place after calling the hotel and double checked it all. Staff were lovely, but really stressful for us coming into the country after a very long 3 flight. We wasted 2 hours in the dark waiting to be picked up :( Can't fault anything else but a very stressful time we didn't need. I would plan in advance on a map where the pick up is.

Rooms were very spacious, clean, bathroom was nice and big loved the walk in shower, the beds & pillows were comfy & I am very picky about that due to my back and neck problems I slept like a baby definitely will be staying here again since my international flight always has it's layover there in Dallas

1. The shuttle driver was nice but definitely could tell his frustration with the customers because they weren't waiting in the correct spot for pick up so he had us and 3 others in the van for 45min re circling the airport to pick them up again at 11p at night after a long flight, also had his music very loud & then got a call from a friend in prison & was talking for like 15min on Bluetooth & the guy calling had bad language. 2. Upon check in the front receptionist was trying to charge me 181$ when I had already booked and paid through booking which was 30$ cheaper than what he was charging me, so I told him no & that I never had an issue like that & he stared at me and then said okay and handed me a key literally seconds later so it seemed suspicious so be careful with that.

Wow, I loved this hotel! The stall was helpful, friendly and the property and my room were beautiful and immaculate! They have a shuttle, breakfast and some food items for purchase. I was so happy that they had a charger I could buy for my phone also. If you need a hotel, stay here!! Thank you, Liz Hazelwood

The breakfast was good but my gravy needed to be thicker. Otherwise, enjoyed the breakfast and was glad to have it!

Very clean and the staff was very professional. Happen to be present when a driver started complaining about another driver and the front desk acting very professional stopped the behavior immediately and stated that was not a behavior he was about to engage in front of a guest that they where better than that, coming from a business world that spoke volumes about the professionalism of the staff.

Nothing really not to like everything was very clean and felt well received.

Location and comfort of room. Also, microwave in the room was a huge plus. Hotel provides daily complimentary water bottles to its guest which I thought was a nice gesture. Really enjoyed the room and comfy bed.

One of the hotel shuttle drivers was extremely rude and unprofessional. Other than that I give the hotel a 10 rating.

The staff was awesome. Thanks. Great customer service. My husband is handicap and the transportation staff was very helpful to us when he took us to the airport.

The beds were very low. Also the mattress was soft. We like a hard mattress.

this was a nice value place for a layover stay. it was clean, simple, and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful!

I wish the breakfast started earlier so we could have had some before our flight. additionally, no restaurants in the area

The front staff were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The bus driver was also helpful as well.

We didn't realize that there was a paid and free version of the internet so be mindful of the wifi choices you use

I believe I was charged two different amounts. The receipt I got from the hotel said one amount but my bank account shows I was charged more!
