Everything was great... Arri the clerk was awesome. So this location only takes cards with chips fyi. I did not know this before i got there and the card that had most of my minsy in does not have a chip. She helped me move my days of styaing around so i could use a different card and just was really helpful and awrsome. She is veru friendly. She was very very busy while we were there but not ince did she let if get her frustrated and gry her down.. Loved it so much!!! Thank you Arri there needs to be more of you at hotels!!!! Oh and the breakfast is awesome here too

The pool water was a little cold. The room was warm and water was cool. Kids loved it tho lol

I liked the location. Also, very friendly housekeeping personnel. Breakfast was amazing.

The lady that checked us in was not in a good mood. She didnt even tell us our room number or where the elevators were at. We had to go and search for them. Unfortunately, we went during renovations.

Love the bed and cover. Will bring my own pillow next time. All the pillows are too large for me. Breakfast is great. Had to tell my husband to stop eating so much bc we were meeting our son for lunch and he wouldn’t be hungry. I liked it they had cereal bc that’s all I like to eat for breakfast.

we got there early to leave our luggage if we could bc we had a dr apt and wanted to leave the car there and take Uber to dr and back. It was 1:00. The person who was to check us in told me before I could say anything that they had no available rooms and if I i was there to check in early that check in time wasn’t until 3:00. I asked her if they had a storage room where we could put our luggage till we returned from dr apt. She said she would put them in her office and even helped us carry them to our room that afternoon when we got back from dr Went out of her way to accommodate us until we checked our. We only had one bath towel and one soap. Other than that we loved our room and rest of staff very nice.

beds were amazing, room was comfortable, bathroom was huge, breakfast was great, pool was opened.

the telephone didn’t work & the TV guide didn’t work, so we had to flip through all the channels until we found something.

I like the receptionist professionlism.She made us feel very welcome and her smile was contagious.She was very helpful and patient when I had a slight problem checking in, and she helped me rectify the problem and get it solved.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel or my stay there.

We enjoyed the breakfast and understand that there was renovation ongoing, but would have been great to have a place to set and eat besides our room. Breakfast was awesome

Only thing we didn’t like was no place to sit for breakfast, no iron or ironing board in room and the bed frame

Your breakfast was delicious and very kind service. I definitely recommend this hotel 100% to anyone. Beautiful and clean place love it .we have the best vacation ever.thank you ❤️

I loved the room it was huge. The staff was really nice. It was a good stay.

I was disappointed as they were remodeling the first floor and the breakfast room was very small and most of the breakfast items were out.
