Great hotel. Outdoor pool area was really nice. Hilton rewards members got free water bottles, which was great as we were there for several days. Only downside no hot tub :(

The bathroom was VERY small. The space between the toilet and the sink / counter was literally inches. I am 5'0 130lbs and I even felt "squished" trying to use the bathroom.

the room was very clean, updated , sizable and had a great view. check in was a snap and very pleasant even with a large business group that had arrived just before I did. the staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. would highly recommend staying at this location.

the room temperature was not what I wanted. could not cool room down my ideal comfort. it was cloudy and cool out.

Very comfortable room. Clean and spacious! Personally I think it’s a great deal for the price and I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Good vibes all around. I stayed only one night. Was in Dallas for the Collie Buddz concert at Amplified Live, so the location was also convenient.

Breakfast ends at 9 am . Just think that’s a bit early but it’s not a big deal.

General appearance was very pleasant and the employees were very helpful. Location was excellent. Pool was nice and clean. Gym was very nice and in great condition.

The bed was hard, and there was hair from the previous guest still in the bed sheets. This was a turn off. Plus there were black spots the sheets. Fortunately we always bring a set of sheets with us, to place over the hotel sheets and pillows.

Staff was super helpful with all questions regarding parking in the garage. Also, check-in took less than aa minute. Really impressed with everything about the trip.

We ordered room service the first night and the staff forgot our order. Sent it up right as the kitchen closed and it was very cold.

Location and view! The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous.

The pool water was FREEZING and it was 88 degrees outside. You have to jump through hundreds of hoops to connect a ps5 to the WiFi and the “engineer” that was sent to help had never seen a PlayStation before in his life and just walked out. I don’t fault him, there was no way he understood what I was saying to him or what I wanted. I resolved the issue myself and it honestly wasn’t that serious but you guys asked for a detailed review sooooo lol.

Room was very clean and really nice

The one thing that bothered me the most was that it was said that you're hotel or the 14th floor that I was on said smoke free but both nights we couldn't sleep at all due to so much Marijuana that was being smoked on the floor!!! Me and my wife who are federal agents were not very impressed about this when we had called the front desk many times complaining about the smoke!! But nothing was said or done to have this problem taken care of.

The front desk staff were friendly and quick to check me in. The lobby and my assigned room were clean. The bed was comfy. I didn’t get to use the amenities, but the pool looked great from the elevator. It even glows different colors at night. Lastly, I love the location! Everything is nearby: restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

No luggage assistance at the entrance. It was a bit difficult trying to hold the heavy doors open while also trying to maneuver my luggage through them. Very minor issue though.

Everything minus no spa

They decided to redo some tubs near by and the fumes were so strong in my room that they had to move me. The next room had a/c issues . Then after that was fixed there was no hot water n shower. Having dinner reservations we left n good standing that the ac was working properly. That proved to be wrong and had to change rooms again around 930 pm. While I was in an evening dress and heels Front desk was very helpful in all the turmoil I was having They were great on everything !!!

Lance when I got there was very nice from time I came to desk. He answered all my questions. Amir the front office supervisor was very helpful as well .

It was fixed quick . So need to discuss here
