very cozy. very beautiful. love the shower.

very noisy. you can hear every conversation, step and stomp, not to mention the cleaning staff slamming every door closed after leaving the room. at all hours.

Wow! Loved the secluded entrance & the pool being surrounded by the hotel itself and not out in the open. The lobby is super modern and loved the open floor plan. Also, it was CLEAN! I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable. We have 3 kids between 2 & 7 and we all absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for the kids. All in all, we will for sure be back.

Parking is a bit tuff, but nothing that is unmanageable. Also, we could smell a strong presence of some illegal substances in the hall at one point, where my oldest asked why it smelled like skunk…

It was quite nice and clean. Good breakfast.

We booked it with free breakfast but the staff said it must be mistake on their end. So, they said they are not going to charge it. And they didn't charge the first day, which was around ~$20. However, the next day, the very same breakfast had a bill of ~$17. I didn't understand. Then after I checked out, they charged the 2nd day. This was weird. I had to send an email for my refund. They were very helpful but I wish I didn't have to keep asking for my money. It becomes annoying at some point. The parking was not free. There were plenty of side of the road options though.

The property is in a great location. It is conveniently located near the highway and is around the galleria so there are tons of eateries and places to shop. There is a parking garage with optional street parking. Security is present as well which is a nice touch. Aesthetically the hotel is beautiful. The room is as pictured. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedding is so comfortable and was my favorite part of the stay.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t room service but it was okay as there are several places to eat in the area. I didn’t like that the thermostat adjusted the temperature by itself even after we set it to our preference. lastly I didn’t like how noisy the cleaning crews are in the morning. we heard slamming and bumping early in the morning and it woke us up. I would encourage them to be more mindful. However I know they have a job so i understand. Other than that I do not have anything else to add.

Location was great. The Galleria Mall was directly across the street from the hotel. Me and my home girl walked across the street. Very convenient!..

Breakfast was not free it was $19. And the shower in the bathroom room was very confusing. There was 2 shower heads, and it wasn’t easy to control the temperature on each of them. Other than that ….good spot

Location was perfect for us. The hotel was very nice, good pool size, cold room and comfortable beds.

I booked a king room with a sofa bed and was given just a king bed. I called the front office and they moved me rooms. (Great, no hassle) I moved to our new room and there was no sofa bed. Again. I called again. They changed my room again and this time it was correct and exactly what I expected. It was just a little irritating having to move my things and family to different rooms but mistakes happen and we will be back on our next visit.

it was easy to locate, staff were very helpful, and the facility was very beautiful. We are going to visit it again for future trips to the area.

We found hair in our bed and requested fresh bed linen that was provided. The front desk staff apologized and offered to move us to another room, but we had unpacked and didn’t want to move. Overall, we were happy with the facility.

I always stay at this hotel. It's a great location with friendly staff.

I stayed here Jan 29th. It is always a great hotel. My room was so cold. I tried to adjust the thermostat. My room just wouldn't get warm. They brought up an extra blanket, which helped. I feel like they should make them adjustable for their guest. It was an uncomfortable night. 😕

There was a structural noise in our room that sounded like we were on an airplane or a train. It became white noise but could see how it might really irritate some people. Very clean but very sterile feeling room. Tons of empty space, almost museum-like.

The room was amazing and the staff was awesome on our second night

The bathroom was clogged before we got there and it took a whole day and night before they came and fixed it forcing me and my wife to use the restrooms in the lobby area
