Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas West/I-30

The staff was super friendly, the beds were comfortable and rooms clean, and it was very convenient to the veterans memorial cemetery where we had my dads service!

The indoor pool was like warm bath water and the smell of chlorine was stronger than I’ve ever smelled in my life… my daughter did not get in and we went back to our room! ☹️

Cleanliness, location, room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable and front desk staff were friendly.

The only two dislikes was an unpleasant smell in the elevator and breakfast could use more items to choose from.

Good breakfast, friendly and professional staff, comfortable room, nice bathroom and shower facilities. Centrally located 10 min from Dallas and Arlington. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

When on the ground floor you can hear water running down the pipes. You can hear traffic in the hallways, but that’s really anywhere. Walls are thin. Hard to find a soft bed nowadays. No matter where you stay.

The only thing that didn't meet the standard I needed no Netflix, and the WiFi was very poor.and I had to pay an extra $50 she says for insurance after paying $336 , which should have been stated in registration.

The Hotel was clean and breakfast was satisfying especially considering the breakfast attendant gives the best customer service I have had in a long time. I just wish when a guest checks in late they should try to accommodate the time atleast a little . Checking in at 3:00 and having to check out at 11 am should be adjusted at all hotels and motels.

I stayed at Fairfield Inn for an extended period of time my room was clean, the entire Hotel was clean inside and out the staff was wonderful always nice until the recent Dallas, Tx snow storm! In the middle of the storm they increased their rates by three times the amount that was quoted, all I could say was WOW in the middle of a snow storm!! My stay was cool but because of the dramatic price increase at such a crucial time I would never stay at another Fairfield again!

The property was in a good location. Near multiple food options, some shopping and gas stations. Right off the highway but didnt feel like we were.

The desk staff didnt seem very inviting. I greeted her before she said a word and she didnt acknowledge us anytime we went in or out.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was awesome. Blessed the attendant at the front desk was amazing! She was so sweet, patient and kind and she made the stay even better. The room was nice and the shower was too!

Breakfast was not the best but I understand because of COVID but the options weren’t that great, my TV went out for 2 days before it was fixed but I think there was a communication problem with maintenance and it was resolved. Also what they call a guest king is significantly smaller than an actual king bed but it got the job done. Overall I would stay here again if necessary. The value was great for what we got especially for a week and I even added and additional day to handle last minute business.

Clean.....steam clean the carpets...throughout the hotel....had a certain smell....in the elevators too. 🤢 Also....give complimentary water in the rooms.

They upgraded us and gave us a goody bag when we checked in. I was just thinking how I would need a water because we weren’t prepared for a stay and that was a delight to the night!

The coffee was warm at best and after a late night and early morning it was disappointing.
