I loved everything about the property! Very Clean,Nice, & Comfy!

The Visitors!! OMG! I told the receptionist how tired I was from working all night! she said she understood. She put me on the worst floor every! next to people with lots of kids and dogs they slammed doors from the time check in til check out so I didn’t get much rest at all should’ve just drove home instead of booking a room!

fairfield next door messed up my reservation so we had to check in here and let me say it was definitely worth it, breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean, pictures definitely need to be updated for this location because rooms look way better than the pictures here. We got a king suite with sofa bed and it was all 10/10. Everything was very clean, we needed extra blankets and pillows for the kids late at night, front desk came right away with extras. That’s definitely awesome when it comes to customer service.

the second day breakfast was served late and was missing things but I believe they were short staffed in the kitchen area so Definitely understandable.

That they Allowed a dog that would attack another dog especially another animal if it was a service dog it shouldn't have been considered a service dog when it would attack another dog that was in there that I brought with mespecially when he said it would kill a pitbull and it already did Previously said very loud and very clear in the lobby

Cindy was more than helpful she bent over backwards to accommodate... We were unable to switch to the hand held shower head in the handicap room.. she came up and she tried everything but we could not figure it out.. she apologized profusely..

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean we had one of the suites and it was super spacious. There was plenty of parking.

The only thing was the sausages for breakfast were like rubber but that’s my only thing everything else was good.

Kind and helpfull personell, clean rooms, big and comfortable beds, good breakfast, cool gym - towels, water for free,

Closed pool although outside temperature was 84 F, reception do not accept cash as an payment for accomodation, they accept it for grocery, bus stop was bit far from hotel.

Large room, comfortable beds,soft plentiful pillows plus clean towels loved the shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower, hand lotion,.in room coffee maker fridge and microwave a real convenience.great breakfast and coffee all day, hotel was quiet and employees were very nice.

We arrived early for check in and there was not a room ready but we had just driven 12 hours, Sydney was exceptional!! She got our room ready and was so accommodating!!! She is AMAZING!

More towels to start on the room.

Great customer service, staff was ready to provide customer service and answer any questions.

Breakfast wasn't available due to short staff. It was understandable because was a bad weather. Still wants my scrambled eggs for breakfast 😂😂😂😂

Great stay. Very comfortable beds. Excellent staff particularly girls on front reception- Misty Key assisted us with booking parking for NFL game and another lady gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. We felt very welcome like we were at home.
