The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. I love the view from my balcony in my room. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and one of the best staffs that I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and this staff is the best hands down. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas.

The prices of the food in the restaurant were a little high so not so good if you’re bringing hungry teenagers, lol it would be cheaper to order outside the hotel. The room could definitely use updating like the bathroom door, the tub, floors, and sink fixtures. The water pressure could definitely be better and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room but I could tell that the floors were not swept or mopped. Also it would have been nice if the pool was available.

The location was great and local to everything my husband and I went to see. The room was very comfortable, though a few lamps didn't work and couldn't tell if it was a blown bulb or if the lamp was indeed broken. The staff was always very friendly and attentive.

Paying for parking separately. Why not just include it in the standard room rate, especially when parking was unsecured and only one security personnel roaming in their car?

The staff was very pleasant and willing to help and cleanliness in the building was exceptional!

Fire alarms went off and could be a bit louder. Everyone was fine and no major fire. But the alarms could be louder for everyone to hear.

We were there for a week long stay after a major surgery. Everyone was SO nice. A very nice man helped us unload our car and took all of our luggage to our room. We were there for Thanksgiving. The restaurant there had an amazing Thanksgiving meal that was very afforadable!

It was a very spacious room, with separate sitting room. Room was very clean and stocked with necessary toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Soap etc.) Bed exceptionally clean and comfortable, which afforded a good nights sleep.

Nothing - very happy with the room in general.

I like the convenience of how close the hotel was to a lot of things we had planned.

The bed was not a queen size, more like a full-size bed, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The room was small, but I was glad it had a microwave and refrigerator.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming! Very clean room! Everything was so perfect! The bar is super nice! We had a room with a balcony and it was facing the beautiful city! We will definitely be booking again in a couple weeks for our next trip there! Also very great location to everything, absolutely no complaints.

Clean room and nice comfortable bed. Like the separate living room area. The kitchenette is sufficient for a short stay.

Too close to the highway. I wish I could leave the balcony door opened for fresh air, but the noise from the highway gets to be too much.

The rooms were decent size, love the lil balcony.

Having to pay for $24 Parking and I have a room is crazy work. There is no reason ppl with a booking should have to pay that. The bartender was a Jerk, and ima leave it at that.
