I liked the quiet simplicity. Lovely facility. People were friendly.

I left my phone at my friends home. I did not have a car and they live in a gated community. I could have used help from the front desk in finding their number to call but was told to use the phone in my room. Long story short, I overslept without my phone alarm (hearing impaired) and the ride to the airport was stressful for my friend who had to run back for the phone while I threw my things in the suitcase. Alls well that ends well though. Had they offered help or assistance or even sympathy it would have been exceptional.

I love the fitness center and the campus with its trails. You can almost forget you are in Dallas. The trails go around the buildings and by the ponds with ducks and geese in them. It is amazingly relaxing. The fitness center is wonderful with nice equipment, temperature controlled pools, saunas and a jacuzzi. The locker rooms are very comfortable with programmable electric locks on the locker. It is beautiful and inviting. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds are amazing. I could easily sleep well. The towels were super soft. The service staff did a great job!!

It would be nice to have a mini refrigerator in the room.

It a great location. Very quiet and unique experience. Many opportunities to work on yourself. Felt very comfortable, almost like home. I would stay again for sure. Huge gym with many classes. Great spa and restaurant on property. We loved the pool. I wish I knew how to play tennis because they have several courts.

The bed was a little hard for me. But lately most hotels disappoint me in this area. I wish I knew more about the properties options beforehand. It makes me want to go back and work on myself.

Hands down, this was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have ever had. The place was immaculate. The room/suite was very spacious, felt like a nice apartment or condo. The white terry cloth bathrobes were a pleasant touch of luxury. The spacious, spa-like bathroom was my favorite spot in the one-bedroom suite. We found the entire complex to be beautiful - an exceptionally relaxing environment that promotes well-being. We were blessed to benefit from a Black Friday special deal and booked at an excellent rate!

Love the rooms. The bed is always comfortable. But the biggest positive is access to the gym. No other hotel has anything remotely as nice. I was a bit surprised by how busy it was the day I visited - that is a sign that you are doing a good job. All the new equipment on the basketball court (since I last stayed) is also great. You have pretty much everything I need to get a good workout when I visit Dallas.

I wish breakfast started a little earlier as I couldn't enjoy it due to my flight time.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful. The rooms are exceptionally large and very clean. The pool is a lot larger than most hotels due to this location being an educational property for a healthy lifestyle as well as a hotel site so you really get the advantage of some great services that just can't be beat at other chain hotels.

There was no breakfast served. Prior to the pandemic, this hotel would serve breakfast and it was soooo good! I really wish they'd bring that back.

What an amazing retreat centre focused on health and wellness. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, and the facilities extraordinary. I wish I could have hung out in the fitness building the entire time. The staff were friendly. It was quiet and restful. I've wanted to stay here for years and Booking.com made it possible with it's affordable rates.

I wish they and the city of Dallas were more focused on recycling of plastic water bottles and paper. It's one simple way for us to show our love for the planet.

The room was very clean; we were on the first floor, not too far from the Hotel Lobby. Bathroom was spacious and very clean; great shower. I really liked the TV as well as the channel options available to guests.

The most difficult part of the stay was locating the Hotel's main entrance and main doorway to enter on a Sunday. Very frustrating. A security officer had to provide directions to the Hotel's Main Entrance. The Front Desk Staff member was not very personable; not rude, but just not what I expected. Also - we received a knock on the door from hotel staff preparing to clean the room; this occurred way before our check-out time. This made my wife and I uncomfortable. If there were breakfast options available, nothing was explained to my wife and I. We actually had to ask about restaurants in the surrounding area.
