It was just okay. Typical hotel breakfast

I did not like that on website parking was $10 (booked on priceline), when we checked in i was told it was $15/day to park. Once i checked out it had went up to $20. I was ready to go home so i let that foolishness slide. PARKING NEEDS TO BE FREE FOR GUESTS!

The rooms were spacious and felt like home. Quiet and warm. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection.

I was not able to pay cash. Booking.com quoted the wrong rate. Their were hidden fees that boosted my rate. Financial issues with pay. I did not recieve my incidentals back. One price was quoted and another was charged. Not happy about that.

The hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. It was recently built and opened. The suites were very big and very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 grandkids. The pool was nice and both adult and kid friendly . The fitness room had everything needed for a good workout. Location was perfect right across from the beach and Gulf.

The breakfast was good, and I like that it was included in the price.

The check in process was long because there was only one person working the front and it was a holiday so a lot of people were coming in to check in. So need at least 2 people checking people in when there's an holiday.

The room was spacious and clean. overall very quiet except for the young feet running around until about 10 pM.

Breakfast was not well organized. Line was long with everyone trying to use one waffle machine. They also ran out of food items.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. The elevators required room card to operate which helped us feel more safe and secure. The free breakfast was good. We saw reviews of complaints from January but we had a great experience with no complaints. My son loved the gym and having laundry facilities were great.

This is new hotel aa such a few things unfinished, the cable tv was never connected but my husband did it. The door know needs a door stop to protect the wall. Elevator doors close pretty fast. Wished the pool was heated and there was a hot tub. These are really not complaints just notes.

The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teen boys

House keeping could have been a little better. There was sand in all 4 corners of the shower. The mounted shampoo bottle in the shower was empty as well as the mounted hand soap. We obtained a refill at the reception desk, but I was unable to swap them because of the lock. Apparently house keeping couldn't do it either as they were still sitting on the bathroom counter un touched when we returned later.

Huge room and super cold AC, very comfortable bedding, great location! Loved that they are dog-friendly in case you need to bring fur-baby. Gorgeous view of ocean.

Very long wait to check-in, and room still wasn’t ready. They DO charge $20 for parking which is kind of a racket considering we are paying to stay there. Extremely loud kids running back and forth in room above ours literally all morning but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
