Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

it was beautiful

I liked most of it, but there was no one in the entrance to help guests with their luggage, many people was carrying just their carry on but I arrived with 3 cases of luggage by myself and couldn’t even move them, I had to ask for someone to do it for me and it was actually someone working in front desk was nobody working exclusively in the entrance with the guests, same thing in the morning when I needed to get them from my room to the lobby floor.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Connecting rooms were a plus since traveling with kids. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant.

Unfortunately it took an hour and 3phone calls for the shuttle to finally pick us up. Other hotel shuttles passed us 2-3times while waiting.

I loved the room: bed and pillows were awesome. Breakfast options were awesome: picked up oatmeal individual packets at “coffee stand”, then bought fresh cut up fruit cup and a yogurt/granola cup at market place

shuttle bus maintenance needs improving: gears were frozen when we went to leave and driver said same thing happened two weeks ago: should have been repaired after first incident 2 weeks ago.

Location of room was nice. We had a corner balcony so that was nice to step outside and watch and hear the planes landing and taking off. Decor was nice and updated.

Counter check-in staff wasn’t very friendly. We wanted to know about the on-site restaurant and if there was a waitlist and she wouldn’t even give us the name of the place so we could find out, so we ordered through door dash from another place nearby. In the a.m., Saturday, Starbucks was out of quite a bit of stuff and only had regular coffee. Sunday evening when we flew back, we had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle to arrive when they make round trips everything thirty mins.

Super close to the airport, the rooms are ample and clean. There is a restaurant and a 24hr pantry to buy things. the personnel was helpful.

Many flights were cancelled and the hotel was short in staff to recieve so many people. the main issue was in the restaurant where they had to limit service to only take away.

What a great place to stay. You can see the airport runway but there’s no airplane noise, not at all. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Top notch for a chain

Your poor Starbucks is overwhelmed and the baristas were slinging drinks and orders as fast as possible but the line was 20 deep at one point. I’m not sure if the hiring process is through the hotel, if it is, they would benefit from staffing it more or implementing call ahead orders from the rooms. But overall a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here one night. The facilities and room was clean and the location is near the airport. The staff was very friendly.

Although it was only two of us, the beds were small. Looked to be like extra large twins. Fortunately, we had room to share.

It was in a great location near the airport and we were able to leave our car there, catching the shuttle to the airport.

Some of the people working at the front desk were not friendly or helpful.

it was the venue where our event was held. it was a nice property.

Well we were supposed to have a room with a sofa bed and when we got in our room it didn't have one. we made arrangements for our family that visited us for the competition stay elsewhere.

Very few hotels offer 24-hour shuttle service. This one not only does, but the hotel is extremely clean as well. The employees are top-notch. This hotel never disappoints.
