TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was full on the night we stayed, but we did not hear other guests. The breakfast was fine and the kitchen staff were very diligent about replenishing the food and keeping the dining room clean. The hotel is very close to DFW and had a free shuttle service that was quick and friendly. We were able to order food for delivery from a nearby restaurant, and they sold beer in the kiosk at the lobby (bonus!).

They used some type of cleaning product or air freshener that created a very strong smell. Luckily we were able to open a window and air out the room.

Easy to get to with hotel shuttle, close to airport, room large and clean.

This cluster of close-to-DFW hotels has no restaurants nearby, meaning within a walking mile! We had to take an uber to get to breakfast and back---$20 more roundtrip! Staff at front desk didn't know where to suggest. If there had been restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, dinner in the walkable area, we would give this a 10. We were sort of trapped - delayed for 2 days on a connecting flight.

the closeness to the airport. the rooms were fully equipped with all necessities. & the shuttle driver Austin was absolutely amazing!!

there were no extra linens in the room for the pool out sofa in the room. Friday night Austin was amazing but the Sunday morning shuttle driver lacked kindness and customer service

Chose this facility because of its proximity to DFW airport and provides dedicated shuttle service to the airport. So glad to have breakfast being served and it was good quality food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping got a little ahead of my checkout process. I accompanied my young granddaughter to the airport Monday morning to see her safe arrival to the designated terminal. When I returned to the hotel the room cleaning process had already begun. I was planning on staying in the room another couple of hours but due to the disarray in the room I went ahead and departed checking out with the front desk at that time.

The airport shuttle does work very well. We had to call twice to be picked-up at the airport . When we finally arrived at the hotel at 8.30 pm tried to book a shuttle to the airport at 8.00 am and were told that the 7.30 am and 8.00 am were fully booked !!!!

I can’t remember the name of the young lady that checked us in but she was so nice . Courteous , professional, helpful and more . We did not have luggage because we missed our flight and had to spend the night in Dallas and this young lady made up for the stress we had . She gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste , deodorant, razors. She was so sympathetic. Loved her . I wish I could remember her name darn it. Please check your records and tell her thank you so much and give her a raise she deserves it!!!!

Great shuttle service to and from the airport to the Hotel. Very friendly staff. Huge room with mini kitchen including a dishwasher!! The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was great. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Did not like that the breakfast closes at 9:00. Did not have breakfast. Got there shortly after and would have appreciated something to eat. No food service when we arrived at 6:00 PM.

after a long day, I was looking forward to a hot meal but on-site restaurant was closed. Cup of Noodles was a poor substitute. also, couldn’t get the TV to work.
