The price is decent. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly. 10/10 Has very nice kitchen, bathroom. King suite is very spacious. I love this hotel.

Clean and modern. It was a refuge from the incredible hot weather while I stayed in Dallas for 1 night. Very nice place and great staff…but see my other comments! Also, wish they had a restaurant in the hotel.

The shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was totally absorbed by a shuttle staff issue while he drove me, alone, to the hotel. He went on and on and on talking negative about this employee who I think worked for him. Not so bad a situation until it started affecting his driving. I was literally a bit scared he was going to lose control of the vehicle! Later at the hotel I could hear him talking trash about the same employee (I hope) to other staff.

The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette with all of the basics if you were staying for a few days and wanted to cook your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

I'm a bit of an outdoorsy guy but my girlfriend would have freaked out if she saw the cockroach in the bathroom I grabbed and tossed in the toilet before she came around the corner. That was the only issue I had and knowing that Texas is such a humid place, bugs will be bugs and find a way into places where people don't want them. There wasn't a single problem after I drowned the one I saw.

I liked the location and the shuttle service. I wish I remembered the name of the lady working because she was absolutely amazing. There was an issue with booking.com and securing my reservation and she was so kind and patient and she was able to get our room back. My daughter and I are SO SO thankful for her going above band beyond for us on an already stressful trip. Our the shuttle driver was also amazing. He called to verify where to pick up and he was so kind on the drive both to and from the airport.

Booking.com not telling me there was an issue with the card (after getting a confirmation email) and almost loosing our reservation.

We did not see bfst offered and wasn’t mentioned. Also a criteria for booking.

We were not able to request shuttle to airport the following morning and had to pay for an Uber. Shuttle driver was surprised as he had room. Shuttle was one of criteria for booking. Front desk staff needs to give better information and make arrangements for things that are advertised. Bfst and shuttle cost us extra $40.

The rooms are exceedingly comfortable. We stayed in a studio with a kitchen and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

There are no eating options other than ready made meals they sell on the premises. Going to a restaurant requires a car. We stayed overnight to catch a flight, so we didn't have a car, so we didn't have many options.

That the shuttle stops operating too early and flight delays got me here at airport at 11:30 and stopped at 11am IT was $40 cab ride. Picked because of shuttle. Also knock on door at 10 am to see if doing late checkout with noon checkout a bit tough with late arrival. Otherwise everything else great

Very large and nice room. clean. very nice reception employees. Free ride from/to airport was wonderful. (runs the 24 hours!) The drivers were kind and efficient. The best thing about this hotel were the shuttle drivers.

It was very convenient and close to airport and provided free shuttle service. The room was very clean and bed was really comfortable.

My only complaint was that it was a little warm in my room and lobby. The room was on bottom floor next to lobby. With that being said, it is HOT right now in Dallas. The air conditioner was probably doing all it could.
