clean, quiet , big bath with hot water , gym , coffee in room , Whataburger and convenience store right next door and several high quality Italian food restaurants deliver

broken ice machine , shuttle services many hotels so need a good hour , had to wait too long at the airport for pick up

Everything was great! The shuttle from DFW was speedy and punctual. The breakfast was good. The room was good. Staff were professional and helpful. Everything was good about my stay at the Comfort Inn. It was hard to find a hotel with late night shuttle;e service to the DFW. I am glad I booked with Comfort Inn and I will do it again!

check in person was not friendly at all. we were “stranded” without our luggage due to storms and cancelled flights and he indicated there were no complimentary toiletries (toothbrush/paste or comb) next morning the front desk offered them to us when we went down for breakfast coffee. she was very friendly and helpful

The property is very close to the airport, and it’s easy to get to and out of. The room was clean and comfortable, but not sophisticated.

the staff were not helpful and the continental breakfast was sparse in terms of choices. Your options were yogurt, muffin or sausage, egg and cheese muffin.

I had to lift up on the door handle to get the deadbolt to lock. The window frame was pulled away from the glass a little bit which left a gap between the glass and frame. The wind came through a little bit. The microwave sausage and egg muffins tasted stale.

They only clean your room every third day, so staying from Monday through Saturday wasn't enough. It was only cleaned once on Thursday afternoon

the door and locks. door didn’t close properly, some guests were dirty( walked around without shoes and dirty PJ and smelled like fecal matter.

They place was clean and very comfortable...the staff were helpful...I had my grandsons with me and they were made to feel comfortable

Other than perhaps a bit warm at times I don't believe it has to do with the hotel but more bcuz of the weather

The shuttle to and from was the biggest problem. The hotel was great, easy, and clean. I think the shuttle is run through a different company, comfort inn did all they could to facilitate proper shuttle, it just didn’t work right.

Short shuttle to the airport. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

There was too much traffic noise in our room.
