Location was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Able to park in handicap close to entrance was nice. (Not in wheelchair but walking limited)

Very disappointed as pool was ice cold! They were aware but stayed frigid during stay. Had requested thru Booking but they only initially sent that they would try to have room. They need to go thru and fix things like caulking around plumbing and molding in rooms and hallways. Short on staff as everywhere so breakfast on Labor day we encountered very limited hot food. Pancake machine never worked! And room was huge and nice but had requested much smaller room initially. They weren't totally sold out but crowded. So I believe they upgraded and it cost more for me it seemed!

The way the manager charged me for all 3 nights I was there. I tried to explain to her that I had already paid the first 2 with Booking.com but was was not understanding and charged me for all three night. Thus I paid twice for the first two nights. When I git home I called Booking.com and they were going to refund me their charge. Thus i did not get a discount rate! Yes. It made me very mad. Will never stay at any Holiday Inn again

security was not present. there was a guy in the parking lot selling items out of his backpack and then he came inside and waited while my 5 year old and I got ice. we hurried cause we thought he was waiting to get ice too. nope. he was waiting to ask if I wanted to buy a cologne for my husband. I said no thank you and we walked away. I immediately made the front counter aware of he situation.

Location was good easy access off of the main street

MyRoom was way too hot! Very difficult to adjust to comfort level.overhead fan available but only one speed.No coffee pot in room. Shower head dripped entire time bathtub was being used. Not enough towels had to go to front desk and ask for more on my way out to dinner; clerk at desk did not offer to take any to my room stated "You can get them when you come back ".Room was noisy school bus barn right next door. Never have I been so disappointed with a Holiday Inn !

Not sure we can keep this as short. Gosh, where to start??? Friendly, courteous staff, accommodating to special requests, clean room, awesome free hot breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, wired internet in the room (to go along with the free wifi, I might add), and hey, let's not forget to mention the IN-ROOM JACCUZI TUB!!!!! It was EXACTLY as advertised on the website! Absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be staying here not just next time, but EVERY TIME we come through Lubbock from here on out!

What was there to dislike??? Now there's a tough question! We have to dig deep to come up with something here... The only thing was that the elevator makes a sort of scary trembling noise as it finishes each trip to and from the previous floor.

Good breakfast and good location. This place is busy all the time and can understand the wear and tear of the hotel. The lady tending to the breakfast bar did an excellent job keeping it stocked and clean.

staff was excellent in every way, the hospitality at front desk, breakfast and housekeeping were all above and beyond.

Im sure there is a reason that I am not aware of for the 24 hour music at the entrance.

It was great. The guy who checked us in was awesome. All the staff was great. Also one the employee went out her way to help me get a hold of my husband while he was there and I was out not only once but a few time that I called she went out her way to help me contact him thank you so much

Front desk staff (James) knowledgeable and courteous. Dining area( Ninfa) was helpful with our needs (continental breakfast), cheerful, friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs.

Heating unit was very confusing. Never heated original room as it kept resetting in to Air Conditioner blowing cold air. Manager changed our room.

liked it because it was on the out skirts of town

The only thing was that they close the Jacuzzi and swim for too early. I think it should be open to the guest at all times.
