Staff were very professional, friendly and responsive. Alicia one of the desk clerks who welcomed us was a pure gem. Polite, helpful and just pleasant all around

Too short of a stay. We were in town for a wedding, hotel location,cleanliness and hospitality all made trip delightful. The lady handling the kitchen was attentive and had dining area stocked and presentable every morning. Wonderful breakfast options during our stay

It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The food was very good and plenty of it.

You need a water filtration system to get rid of the bad tasting water. It made the juice and Coffee bad tasting. Also 4 wheeled baggage carts would be wonderful

Exceptionally friendly personel, the room was very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. A few nice restorants in 2 mins driving. The hotel also provided cribs for our kids. Overall, 5 out of 5 and it wasn't expensive either.

Maybe it would be a good idea to do the cleaning of the air heaters. Not a deal breaker though.

Staff was super nice! And everything in the hotel worked & when we needed help there was no questions asked.

Our door was tapped on 2xs starting at 9a and check out wasn’t until 12p & we didn’t give them a notice we were leaving early.

Pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and Good. Location has plenty of stores nearby for shopping and several places to eat!

The bed was really comfortable and climate control good. Things appeared clean. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful except about pool room temperature.

The pool room was hot. They didn't seem to want to do anything about it. I had expressly asked about being able to use the pool when i made reservations. Said we couldn't have drinks in there but sign said no glass containers.. Coffee cups in brunch area too small!

The indoor pool was freezing,no one could get in it, way to cold..they need to heat it up or something

it was so clean and modern. the staff was so friendly. omg the coffee was the best sorry IHOP. ok now the bed, the bed has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. I stay in a hotel at least two weekends a month. the pool is the warmest pool ever.

The limited amount of parking space available when the hotel is full. On Saturday night, I had to park at one of the surrounding hotels and walk to the hotel.

The location is great! When you walk in the front door you can smell the freshness. Also the rooms is so clean. I glad that you brought back the breakfast.
