The rooms were clean. A comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed. I didn't use the sofa bed. but as a sofa it was comfortable. the bathrooms were clean. The A/C was wonderful, nice and cold. Also we had a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and coffee set-up. Nice pluses. The pool was great, very nice after a long drive. There is a snack machine, ice machine, and washer-dryer available too. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The location was good for us too. Close to restaurants and the event we came to town for. We felt safe here too. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The wifi only worked in my room if i stood by the window, my friend in the next room had wifi anywhere in her room. Now I didn't tell the management at the time because we were very busy and my friend just used hers, so I never gave them the chance to check things. I was hoping for the breakfast room to be open as a sort of lounge, even knowing breakfast wouldn't be available. the facade needs some attention as it is looking a bit run down.

My room was very large, clean and looked like new paint and updates. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Ended up checking in earlier than I had originally anticipated & the woman at Checkin was very pleasant & accommodating when I contact via phone & also in person. Staying there again in Sep when visiting for SFA family weekend.

Wish they were still serving breakfast, but understand that changes have been made since Covid hit our country.

The staff tried to be very helpful. I had phone issues. The room was very nice.

Not being able to call out on hotel phone. I know it was considered long distance but, I was going to pay for it upfront. They still could not let me do so.

it no longer has daily housekeeping services or breakfast. They say it’s due to covid but Covid is long over and it’s time to return to normal

The staff and facilities was wonderful, I was impressed with the quality for the price.

The bed was super firm but I realize many people like a firm bed.

We liked the size of the room, cleanliness, and the amenities such a a mini refrigerator, and microwave. We also liked the exterior lighting and courtesy of the staff.

Clean, good price, courteous staff.

Shower curtain had to be swapped, but staff was happy to do it! Water pressure wasn’t the best, or worst.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, room didn't stink. Overall was a very nice room.

Parking got a little tight once more guest arrived, but manageable.

Looks newly remodeled. Clean and quiet. Lots of tv channels. Well lit parking lot. The location was good.

The parking lot was a little cramped.

Great Location! Right in the Middle of Nac. It exceed my expectations and I believe it has a great value, and comes with more than what you need for a night stay.
