The breakfast was wonderful and definitely added to the value of the hotel. The staff (Shay) was really friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are clean and I was really happy they were able to get us rooms next to each other.

Everything was good. If I had to pick something, it would be the sounds the AC makes when starting up and the "clanking" of the mini fridge in our room. I'm a light sleeper so I heard that throughout the night.

The property had an easy off-easy on access to a main highway. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying at Sleep Inn because of its location.

Because of Covid, there was no prepared breakfast and they had coffee and some unknown brand of pastries which were not good to eat. Again, because of Covid, housekeeping did not clean the rooms every day. At the end of my 4-day stay, there was pink mold growing around the the bottom of the shower. The commodes were very low to the floor and because of knee replacements, it was difficult to get up from the commode. The cooling unit in my room was very noisy.

Breakfast could be better. Are the eggs real?

The check-in staff person. No customer service. Rude, crude with an attitude and had the gall to tell me I had an attitude. Not happy about Booking.com rate...The guy at check-in said the rate was 95 per night but because I booked on-line thru Booking.com I had to pay $120 + $20 just incase there were any damages????? We are in our 70s not crazy kids.

The location to the arena is amazing. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again. Actually, we booked with Sleep Inn for our next rodeo finals in a different city.

It would have been nice to have an umbrella or some sort of shade at the pool. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was very nice.

We only had one hiccup which was the first room we were in the AC didn’t work. But after calling and telling front desk they were able to move us rooms!

Breakfast was lacking compared to previous stays at this location. There was no cereal, bagels, or fruit this time. Which really is okay just stating it was not as good as previous times we have stayed here.

The property was very clean and safe. The only thing I was disappointed in was the “breakfast”. Store bought wrapped pastries, yogurt, granola bars. The ad leads you to believe there is an actual breakfast. This was barely a continental breakfast. With no restaurants nearby they need to provide more. Other than that a perfect place!!

Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

The room was great. We had multiple beds. Space was tight to get bag cart in room to unload. Even afterwards, there was not much free space for bags.

The night attendant when I arrived was very nice and friendly. Quick check in. Room was cool. Shower had great pressure and very hot water. Always a plus with me. Bed was very comfortable.

I had requested and was granted a late check out because I arrived almost midnight. Had the do not disturb sign on door and was sleeping soundly when a knock on the door followed by “housekeeping” woke me up. I was not happy.

Great staff, very clean hotel and rooms, and comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Continental breakfast wasn't much but understandable considering covid.
