It was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast. Nice pool area. The property was clean.

The only issue was the elevators. There were 2 and one was not working the whole week we were there. The other sounded like it was about to go out when we did use it. We chose the stairs most of the time. We were on the 4th floor. (top floor) We are in good health so it wasn’t to inconvenient. But this could be a real issue with luggage or someone who isn’t in good health.

Quiet, calm and not a lot of traffic going in and out of hotel. I would definitely stay there again especially with beach in walking distance.

When checking in receptionist kept saying I never prepaid and I needed to pay again. I showed him multiple receipts and his response was “system isn’t working so it’s not reflecting payment”. I looked at him and said how is that my fault about their systems; then he’s like never mind it’s showing paid. Phone kept ringing while he was trying to set me up, still answered it. I get it but he placed me on hold and took a while on call. Overall check in sucked

Great location, close to beach, very nice room, good breakfast, great staff! Upon our late-afternoon Che k-in we were originally given a room at the end of the first-door hallway. The exit door was right there, banging each time someone came in or out, as well as the doorway to the stairs was right across the hall. Very nice woman at front desk switched us to another very nice room up on second floor. Thank you! Also, later that evening we were still a bit hungry before bed and ordered a pizza we saw advertised in lobby. She cooked it herself and it was delicious and hit the spot!!

Staff allowed guests to come into breakfast room barefoot. This is a violation of state health code!

It was clean, renovated, beds were comfortable. They provided quality toiletries. Functional shower-head. Ample lighting. Big enough rooms. Breakfast bar was open with hot items like scrambled eggs or omelette, gravy, sausage patties, oatmeal, healthy topping options for that, boiled eggs in the fridge, yogurt, mini milk, apples and oranges, pancake maker self-station, peanut butter, toast varieties…It was unusually successful. Double window glasses prevent the road noise.

There is nothing wrong with the property in my experience. It is again the disrespectful and inconsiderate guests as it is usually the case. Parents should not let their children run up and down the hotel corridors while they get themselves ready for their outings. Nor should they allow them jump from the beds. Nor should the guests up the volume of their TV. Each of these is a no-brainer.

This recently renovated hotel was extremely clean, and the housekeepers did an amazing job each and every day of our stay!

Good mattress, but a bit too soft for my liking. Also, there was never any non-pork meat options on the exceptional breakfast buffet. Lastly, the 2nd elevator leading up to the rooms never was functional during our 3 night stay. This issue became quite inconvenient since it was during Memorial Day weekend.

Breakfast was awesome! The pool was nice but closed to early for us (11:00pm). The staff was very nice and the location was perfect. Easy beach access.

Air conditional was not perfect but did cool. Mini fridge worked but had a noise and the light over it stayed on constantly, could not turn it off.

Pool was cloudy and this was early in the day before people were swimming. Stayed the year before and pool was crystal clear. Elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor

We really liked the family atmosphere of the hotel and the swimming pool! We were so relieved that here was no music playing and no one at the pool brought their own music blasting like many people do at other nearby beach hotels. The hotel was clean and spacious and the pool was nice and the breakfast was perfect!

The pillows and the bed were not as comfortable as they are at other hotels.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Staff was friendly and allowed a late check out for us even though we didn’t actually take advantage of it. Room was pretty big. 2 king size beds and a lounge chair. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beach is about a football size distance of a walk from hotel.

The 2 Queen beds suite was an awesome room for my family of 5. We were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space.

Unfortunately, there was only one working elevator that only allowed 4 people in it at a time without any shaking and strange noises while on it. Our room was on the 4th floor, so this really sucked.
