Clean comfortable room, with all amenities.
Stayed four nights, room was not serviced at all during this period which wasn’t a problem, but if you require anything such as, bathroom tissue, towels or coffee pods for the in room coffee maker, you had to ask at the front desk. Which was a little embarrassing, especially if you require toilet tissue, and there are people checking in. When the staff are along the corridor with trolleys cleaning vacated rooms , could they not just enter occupied rooms and check and see if replenishments are required ?

We rented a room for 4 nights the first week of May. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Had a microwave, small fridge and decent tv. We had the 1st floor room by the pool which wasn't an issue being off season. Being a dog friendly hotel was a big reason we booked. Having a restaurant right next door was nice for a quick breakfast before heading out. Moab has lots of places to eat and stores to shop at. Arches National Park was less than 15 minutes away.
Parking after we got back at night was an issue. I can't imagine if it was the busy summer season. Moab is a busy town so if you like it more peaceful you might want to book somewhere outside of town. We brought our dog and the area out back for them to poddy was an alley way with very little grassy area.

I liked the room location, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. I thought the rates were a bit more expensive given the accommodations and what we were charged at other places.
Saturday evening some small minded person parked his pickup in the lot across the street and bombarded the lodge with a deep bass rumble. It went on for quite some time. We were not the only guests unhappy with the situation. The guy in the room next to us was irate to the point I think it would have been an ugly confrontation. The desk clerk said she couldn't do much because the noise ordinance didn't kick in until 10 pm. I strongly suggest the ownership takes this issue up with the City government. The noise ended by 10pm but it was very annoying to say the least. We couldn't hear the TV due to the rumbling and vibrations from the self centered knucklehead across the street. Your guests are not happy.

Great location in the heart of Moab. It's an old school motel - but comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was very nice and they provided complimentary coffee in the office. Overall, happy with the stay and the value.
Would not recommend the Moab Grill - which is attached to the Big Horn Lodge. They claim that they are not affiliated - but they share a doorway from the lobby as well as billboard space - and they recommend it as a place to eat. Don't do it - go elsewhere. The food was really bad.

Great location, nice to have a restaurant attached, especially for breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and soft! The shower products were incredible! So nice after a long day of hiking.
We did find the pricing at the restaurant a bit steep for the quality. There were insects around. No bed bugs or anything worrisome, but some kind of local insects were in the blinds, shower, and around the mirror/vanity.

Clean room, walking distance to restaurants, close to Arches National Park, relatively quiet for being on the Main Street and a busy weekend. Anticipates the area demand -is set up for people coming off riding or hiking. Front desk young women were cheerful and customer oriented.
Room a bit musty but airs out quickly. Older place, paneling is beautiful but needs a good clean and oil to refresh it. Priced for area but seems high.

After an exhausting, stressful long drive, it was so nice to be greeted by a sweet, friendly, and accamodating lady when checking in. The room was very clean, rustic, warm and just beautiful, featuring knotty pine walls and comfortable knotty pine beds. Facilities were in great working order, too. Thank you, wonderful staff, for making my stay so comfortable! I didn't want to leave. I'll be back!🥰
Absolutely nothing!

It's close to hells revenge. We rented a utv and went off roading. Incredible experience.
The restaurant next door. We ate dinner got 2 dinners to go for the people that didn't want to dine in. The potatoes were cold like they just pulled them from the fridge. The lodge was perfect for what we wanted. Just to sleep one night while we visited Moab.

First impressions matter and the front desk both checking in and later checking out were outstanding. Both of the young women were friendly, professional and very helpful. Our room was spacious, fresh and clean. Decor was tasteful and welcoming. The beds and pillows were amazing! After a long hot day of hiking they were just what we needed to unwind and recover. Highly recommend!!

My room was clean & comfortable. I especially appreciated the freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The only potential for light sleepers/late sleepers is the road noise from Main Street/US Highway 191 that fronts the property. BUT, that is true for most of the lodging accommodations in Moab -- centrally located on the main road through town.
