Clean comfortable room, with all amenities.

Stayed four nights, room was not serviced at all during this period which wasn’t a problem, but if you require anything such as, bathroom tissue, towels or coffee pods for the in room coffee maker, you had to ask at the front desk. Which was a little embarrassing, especially if you require toilet tissue, and there are people checking in. When the staff are along the corridor with trolleys cleaning vacated rooms , could they not just enter occupied rooms and check and see if replenishments are required ?

We rented a room for 4 nights the first week of May. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Had a microwave, small fridge and decent tv. We had the 1st floor room by the pool which wasn't an issue being off season. Being a dog friendly hotel was a big reason we booked. Having a restaurant right next door was nice for a quick breakfast before heading out. Moab has lots of places to eat and stores to shop at. Arches National Park was less than 15 minutes away.

Parking after we got back at night was an issue. I can't imagine if it was the busy summer season. Moab is a busy town so if you like it more peaceful you might want to book somewhere outside of town. We brought our dog and the area out back for them to poddy was an alley way with very little grassy area.

I liked the room location, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. I thought the rates were a bit more expensive given the accommodations and what we were charged at other places.

Saturday evening some small minded person parked his pickup in the lot across the street and bombarded the lodge with a deep bass rumble. It went on for quite some time. We were not the only guests unhappy with the situation. The guy in the room next to us was irate to the point I think it would have been an ugly confrontation. The desk clerk said she couldn't do much because the noise ordinance didn't kick in until 10 pm. I strongly suggest the ownership takes this issue up with the City government. The noise ended by 10pm but it was very annoying to say the least. We couldn't hear the TV due to the rumbling and vibrations from the self centered knucklehead across the street. Your guests are not happy.

Great location in the heart of Moab. It's an old school motel - but comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was very nice and they provided complimentary coffee in the office. Overall, happy with the stay and the value.

Would not recommend the Moab Grill - which is attached to the Big Horn Lodge. They claim that they are not affiliated - but they share a doorway from the lobby as well as billboard space - and they recommend it as a place to eat. Don't do it - go elsewhere. The food was really bad.

Great location, nice to have a restaurant attached, especially for breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and soft! The shower products were incredible! So nice after a long day of hiking.

We did find the pricing at the restaurant a bit steep for the quality. There were insects around. No bed bugs or anything worrisome, but some kind of local insects were in the blinds, shower, and around the mirror/vanity.

After a long drive to get to Moab Big Horn Lodge was a cozy nice little gem, Great location surrounded by activity and things to do but relaxing at the same time. The rooms are charming and quite honestly a nice break from the chain hotels. I'd like to say it was the cleanest room I stayed in my whole trip from FL to OR. The only things would be parking and a better grass/pet area

Clean room, walking distance to restaurants, close to Arches National Park, relatively quiet for being on the Main Street and a busy weekend. Anticipates the area demand -is set up for people coming off riding or hiking. Front desk young women were cheerful and customer oriented.

Room a bit musty but airs out quickly. Older place, paneling is beautiful but needs a good clean and oil to refresh it. Priced for area but seems high.

Staff was was nice and offered a first floor room after having another cancelation and knowing we were travelling with small children that can not carry their own luggage yet and their are no elevators.

The bathroom was super tiny and hard to move around in. It was hard to find the check in office because it is next to a restaurant that has nothing to do with the hotel. Better signage would be a huge improvement and one that lights up. The parking lot needs to be redone, mapped and painted it was hard to find parking with some many large vehicles and trailers taken up the spaces.

The shower had immediate hot water and the pressure was very good. After a day out on our ATV, the hot shower was wonderful. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bed was made almost military tight. Very impressed with that. Lately, motel/hotel beds had sheets that weren't tucked in or didn't even fit the mattress. This was definitely noted. Also, we could ride our ATVs right from the parking lot to the trail that we spent our day on.

I thought the frig in the bathroom/sink area was strange but it works. Other than that, everything was very nice.

We loved this place! Don t let the fact it s a bit older. The inside is like a cozy cabin, comfy beds and the towels were the softest, expensive quality of any we ve had on this 2 week vaca we ve been on at other big name hotels. Perfect location. Try the little food cart Cafe Italiano. Good coffee and the people who run it are wonderful!! On Main Street a few blocks down. In closing, we d stay in The Big Horn again. Absolutely wonderful 😊

Everything was great! Didn t provide breakfast but head down the street to Cafe Italiano food truck!
