The location is amazing, such a short walk to everything. The pool is nice with tables & loungers. We had a motel style room on the ground floor which was very convenient. It's nice but not as nice as the other Best Western across the street.

You have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool. (The other BW has it off the lobby). Good breakfast selection but not delicious. The pancake machine made really soggy ones that my son wouldn't touch and the eggs were solid. No waffle machine. The other BW has a much nicer breakfast area - bigger room + a lovely balcony. You can eat outside here but it's right on the main road so you cant hear yourself think.

Location was perfect in the heart of MOAB with adjacent restaurants and shops for convenience. Staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Rooms were modern and very quiet. Loved the pool and hot tub for further relaxation after some adrenaline packed adventures. I accidently left a bag of presents I picked up for the family behind in the room and Kim Carter the General Manager (of Best Western PLUS Greenwell Inn) personally made sure I got it sent to me right away at no extra cost for her time. How nice!!

Bed was super nice. Older motel but very well maintained and staff was great! Breakfast buffet was really good and it was kept full until the breakfast time was over.

There is a 4 foot masonry wall along the walk leading to the rooms. You have to carry luggage and backpacks down to the end of the wall in order to travel the sidewalk leading to the rooms. Kind of inconvenient.

We loved the location! It was very close to Canyon lands and Arches national parks. There were so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. There was a nice little creekside walkway less than a block from the hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff at the breakfast area were so kind and helpful. I used the hot tub every night and it was perfect.

A good hot breakfast daily: eggs, sausage potatoes. Plus oatmeal and waffles. And yogurt, cold cereal, baked items.

In room coffee was not refilled because they don’t clean rooms unless requested. I need my coffee. Pool had broken furniture.

Convenient location in the heart of town within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

There was only one way into the hotel that you couldn't turn left from the street to enter. Several broken lounge chairs at the pool.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs always hard and cold. Sausages were cold. Tried eating there at different times. Always the same. Ice machines very far away.

great location. breakfast people were extremely friendly. reception staff also very friendly. earplugs available upon request for noisy upstairs neighbours. on site laundry.

My daughter and I enjoyed the location of the hotel being within walking distance of food and shopping. Our room was in the remodel section of the hotel and very private. Our room faced main street and for some people may be considered noisy but we enjoyed hearing the 4x4s passing back and forth. The restaurant across the street was a perfect way to end the day after playing in the desert. Breakfast had options to grab and go or sit and eat. Check out staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like, happy with our choice to stay at your hotel

I had a great & comfortable stay, even if it was only for 1 night. We were greeted by a friendly employee who got us checked in & provided good info on the area and the facilities. Close to restaurants & shopping. My mom grabbed a good breakfast that was offered. Want to give a shout out to the shower head in our room as it felt like I got a scalp massage after a long day of driving and lots of traveling. Next, the bed felt like I was engulfed in a personal cloud pillow and had the best night sleep of my whole trip. Will definitely stay here again for a longer trip to Moab.
